Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live in a palace? Ours is a romantic 200-year-old architectural wonder built for one of San Juan's earliest rum barons and remains one of the most beautiful properties in the old city. It features soaring, 18-foot ceilings, cathedral-style acoustics, marble floors and Moroccan tiles. You'll be surrounded by simple beauty, shower in a gigantic Roman spa, cook in an inspirational kitchen and listen to the coqui frogs in your private courtyard.

The space
This is my personal unit with one guest bedrooms available. The home is such a magical space that I really want as many people as possible to get to experience it and decided to open up my guest bedroom in addition to the downstairs unit. Please feel free to send me a message with any questions before booking.

Additionally, for Covid, I turned an additional guest bedroom into a very equipped HOME GYM that is full accessible for you to use as a guest.

Where you’ll be

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Old San Juan is a community of 7,000 people and it has consisted of that population for 400 years. Walking the streets, you can feel the same since of community that would have existed as these walls were first being built. If you spend any amount of time here, you will quickly get to know the shopkeepers, the restaurant owners, the bartenders, and you neighbors. It's the oldest city in the United States and still maintains the feel of a quaint Spanish colonial town.

Hi everyone! I'm an avid traveler and AirBnB guest, as well as host. I have two main AirBnB properties in Puerto Rico: 1) A 200 year old rum baron's mansion in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico with both shared space and full apartment options; 2) A wellness retreat in the mountains of Utuado. I live full time in Puerto Rico and I love to host and show people my island!
