You do not need to wash linen, just take it off and put all in a pile with the towels. I will then take care of washing them.
During the check out I will make sure that everything works fine, and we will calculate your eventual use of the Freebox (phone calls that are not free, rent of DVD’s, etc). The Internet connection is included in the rental price.

Please, respect that the flat is a non smoking flat.
We enjoyed our 6-week stay in Eva's flat very much. The flat at the end of a long courtyard was very quiet and very well equiped and looked exactely like on the pictures. Eva and her friend Caroline we very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again for another visit to Paris.
Eva was a wonderful host and her apartment was perfect for my one month stay in Paris. The studio is beautiful, decorated simply and with all the amenities one would need in an organized uncluttered manner, and though the neighborhood is a lively and great place to go out the apartment is at the back of a quiet and lovely courtyard. Throughout my stay Eva was very helpful with any questions I had and made the entire process very easy, I definitely did not want to leave Paris or this place and hopefully will be back!
Had a very enjoyable stay! The studio was just as advertised, and quiet (because adjacent to an internal courtyard) while still being in a very lively and upcoming part of Paris. Recommended!

About the Host, Eva
Originally from Denmark, I have lived in Paris since 2000. I have a French husband and three boys. Paris is a fantastic city to live in, and I love my neighborhood and French culture.
I was educated as an architect, now I work with digital design. Besides, I am renting out two studios situated on the 1st floor above our own place. We live in a long typical Parisian courtyard, where residents live side by side with small business, mostly architects, designers and artists.
I have over ten years of experience in renting short term, and so far it has been a great experience. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and sharing my knowledge of the local area as well as Paris in general.
I look forward to welcoming you in Paris.
