The Shasta is a super fun, cozy upper-floor suite designed for quiet and comfort, with a huge mirror and a massive real-wood bureau. Allergy-friendly: our premier non-carpeted room, with hard-surface flooring for superior air quality, and a pocket-pet paradise. A queen bed, room for a mini-crib, and blackout curtains. A traveler's desk, a flat-screen satellite TV and an in-room safe. Opens to a kitchenette with table and chairs and a spacious living room. Upstairs; not wheelchair accessible.
The space
We are in the heart of eco-tourism: hiking, biking, skiing and kayaking, with walking trails nearby. We sit at the foot of the Cascades, Seattle less than an hour out, with skiing in either direction at Stevens Pass or Snoqualmie. Six minutes to the Evergreen State Fairgrounds, Evergreen Equestrian and Evergreen Speedway. Serving Redmond, Woodinville, Bellevue, Kirkland, Bothell, Everett, Snohomish, Duvall, Issaquah and Arlington. A fenced off-leash paddock for pets.
Guest access
Full access to the Chef's Kitchen with a Viking gas range and the kitchenette with table seating for four, both living rooms, the Firepit Oasis, BBQ grill, outdoor sauna, decks, gardens and playground, the Traveler's Office, 24-hour Keurig stations upstairs and down, and on-site laundry ($). Every bathroom is cleaned and sanitized daily, stocked with The Grayson Salon & Spa shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hand towels, washcloths, a hair dryer, and even a spare toothbrush if you forget yours.
During your stay
Harvest & Hearth: breakfast is the point. Garden-to-table in season, and out of season we source local organics. Every plate is cooked to your preferences, whether decadent, savory, sweet, or a lean and nutrient-dense start. Eggs come from our own free-range chickens; meats are pasture-raised from local farms. Every guest gets a harvest basket to gather from the garden and the coop. Eat on the deck, in the garden or at the grand dining table, or have a tray brought to your suite for $25.
Other things to note
Created Comfort Sleep: a premium gel-filled memory foam mattress, a four-inch luxury plush topper, an adjustable heated mattress pad and high-thread-count linens, with soft, medium and firm pillows. Starlink Wi-Fi and free off-street parking sized for work trucks and Sprinter vans. We book up to five suites at a time, so the house is never crowded. Other suites, private blocks, buyouts and small private occasions are available. Pets $75 per pet, per stay. More than a listing page can hold.

First of all, let me start this section by stating it will be brief, because a stay at the Grayson Bed and Breakfas + Extended Stay is really all about you and how you will use this space.
I set out to create a place of transition, a place that is great for temporary that doesn't feel temporary. a space that is off the beaten path but not hidden. I love nature, but was not willing to sacrifice luxury.
Here at the Grayson, you have the best of both worlds, Nature, views, wildlife and uncompromising luxury Estate, simply immersed in the tranquility of natures abundance. the Views are a sensory cornucopia!
I love family and have a lot of gratitude for Heroes & Saints. I am the Daughter of a Vietnam Veteran (thank you dad) and police officer (thank you mom) I myself worked in Health care for over 25 years- My thank you is the Heroes & Saints discount.
I am Married to a wonderful man, have adult children and grandchildren, Pets go without saying. they are a part of the package for me.
As I said before II am very passionate about family.
the Grayson is appropriate and safe for families, including furry babies. we have two gated safe play areas.
I am retired, I have over 25 years experience in Healthcare, hospice to be specific, incorporating joy and celebration using hospitality and services in everyday life engagements.
I have a passion for fine dining, This is reflected in the Magnificent Kitchen, as a personal Chef I prefer to use Fresh Organics (grown at Graysonlife or other local growers) as well as local grown meats from only the best Butchers shops. At the same time I love mixing and mingling with my own guest.
You will be able to see what i mean when you use this space, Chef's dream kitchen open light bright- lots of built in features and wide open space for visiting, the kitchen is the heart of entertainment so we built ours with plenty of space together.
