This charming Cretan holiday home, conveniently located near Rethymno's bustling city center, offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The ground-floor villa spans 130 square meters, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. With three cozy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates your family or friends. The spacious 75-square-meter living area opens directly to a verdant garden, where you can unwind on sun loungers, find solace in a hammock under a majestic tree, and relish the symphony of bird songs.
Sea Breeze Villa is equipped with a solar-paneled carport. The use of LED lighting and dual-flush toilets further reflects our dedication to environmental stewardship.

The living area consists of a really spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. This space is bright and allows a free view to the outside area from the large windows doors. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a triple and double sofa and a classic office desk for the guests who need to keep up with some work. A SMART TV with ASTRA satellite connection for the foreign channels. An inventor air-conditioning unit (cool/heat), an open fire place and wood stove burner will guarantee a pleasant stay during any season. Wireless internet access is provided.
- Kitchen
The holiday house offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with separate freezer, dish washer, micro wave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. Porcelain plates and cutlery as well as the local fresh ingredients do allow you to prepare a tasty meal. Barbecue is available.

The 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes, window doors, full length mirrors and air-condition units. The master bedroom with sea view consists of a double bed (150 cm), the second bedroom with sea view offers a large double bed (160 cm) and the third bedroom with mountain view offers 2 single beds. One travel crib can be installed in the bedroom with single beds.
