A fully equipped kitchen in rustic style and a large living room with fireplace and reading corner make the house very cozy and intimate. At only 400 meters from the house the sport center "Piccolo Paradiso" offers swimming pools surrounded by vegetation.
The house is at the complete disposal of the guests who will enjoy the absolute privacy offered by this location surrounded by nature.

The area of Sirano, known as "Piccolo Paradiso", located at the junction of the two rivers Reno and Setta, is a green gem in the heart of the Apennines, gateway to the beauty of Tuscany.
Do not miss the neighboring Etruscan city of Misa and the National Etruscan Museum; The Historical Park of Monte Sole; The Rocchetta Mattei, Grizzana Morandi and the house-museum of painter Giorgio Morandi; Porretta Terme; Villa Griffoni, the birthplace of Guglielmo Marconi, the father of radio-communication and his Mausoleum and Museum at Pontecchio Marconi.
Only 1.8 km away from the tollbooth of the A1 Milan-Naples Highway, through which is possible to reach the International Airport of Bologna in 15 minutes; the historic center of Bologna in 20 minutes and Florence in an hour.
Not too far from the house there is a bus stop of the lines 856 and 92 to/from Bologna, although these buses have very limited routes.
The Sasso Marconi train station on the Bologna-Pistoia-Porretta line is 4 Km from the house. Trains run every half an hour.

No pets are allowed inside the house, but they can stay in the garden.
Smoking is allowed only outside and on the terrace.

We lived in Belgium, France, Germany and Australia (and Italy of course!), and we visited Malta, India, Jordan, Egypt, Palestine, Israel, Canada, USA, Japan, and basically every European country! We're very happy to welcome you in our beloved house!
