  • Great apartment, very relaxed and nice light from the sun. Lalo who received me is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

  • Great little apartment in a great area. Able to walk pretty much everywhere and close to Metro. Didn't get a chance to meet Sandro but Lallo was awesome and welcomed us with beer and pastries. How can you go wrong?

Water went out on us two days in a row for about 5 or 6 hours which was kind of a pain but not insurmountable since it was super early in the morning. For the price you can't beat it.

  • A very cozy home in an excellent neighborhood. The suite was extremely clean, the kitchen was stocked with all you'll need, and the extra touches (local cell phone, food/drinks in fridge) made our 9 day stay extra special. Sandro and Lalo were a pleasure to communicate with - very responsive, clear, and easy going.

  • Sandro's Condesa apartment is perfect! I communicated with Sandro prior to arrival, and on the ground was met with Lalo, who was organized, prompt, and responsive. Lalo also went above and beyond the call of duty: when I arrived, and I mentioned that I wanted to visit the grocery store, he not only drove me there but insisted on paying for my groceries (initial start-ups like coffee and eggs and cereal). Also, the apartment was well-stocked with wine and beer, and the cell phone was topped off with 300 pesos.

The apartment is exactly as advertised, facing an interior courtyard. The WiFi worked perfectly. The balcony and the living room are very comfortable, and the ability to open the balcony doors brings in lots of light and fresh air. The hot water arrives rapidly, and Lalo responded very quickly one day when the water was shut off, piping in a private supply of water to the apartment so we would not be without (water shut-offs are common in that part of Mexico City, and not at all Sandro or Lalo's fault). The apartment complex is very secure and quiet at night; its location down an large-ish alley insulates it from street noise. The neighborhood is also fantastic, one of the trendiest in Mexico City-- there are nice bars, restaurants, and yoga studios within walking distance, and the area is very safe for walking around late at night. The taxi stand across the street is very convenient, and the metro is a ten minute walk away.

I will definitely stay here again!

  • The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and well stocked with refreshments when we arrived. The location was perfect as well. We were able to walk to a ton of great restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, and parks. Sandro was a very responsive and accommodating host, and Lalo (who met us at the apartment) was very nice and helpful as well. A great place to stay in Mexico city for sure!

  • I would definitely recommend this place to others, not only was the apartment in a great neighborhood, but my boyfriend and I were impressed with the level of care and detail that Sandro took in making sure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We were left with a phone (landline and cell), cable, wifi, beer :) and even an assortment of breads when we first arrived. Awesome place!

  • We loved our time at Sandro's apartment. Our second stay and hope to return very soon. It is perfect for 2 people. The neighborhood is great and it's on a very quiet street. Taxi stand across the street, 7-eleven and a great cafe right next door. Perfect!

  • I enjoyed a great week (actually 8 nights) in Sandro's apartment. Communications with Sandro were excellent and easy; he was very accessible and responsive by phone and e-mail throughout my stay, although we never met. His colleague, Lalo, met me at the apartment and checked me out at the end. Lalo was lovely and helpful. The apartment is pretty much as pictured and described. Perfect for one or a couple. Pitter patter of little feet from the flat above, but it never bothered me, and the parents of the youngster upstairs were really delightful. Generally, I found the apartment perfect for my needs, kitchen had everything I needed when I felt like cooking; all in all the apartment is quite comfortable, simply but attractively decorated, good wifi, cable tv with good music channels, a nice little balcony. The neighborhood was just right for me. Easy access to leafy Condessa, 15 minute walk to the newly hip part of Roma Norte, also short walk to Reforma and Chapultapec. I look forward to returning whenever possible.
