Enchanting Forest Tipi Retreat | Off-Grid Comfort, Deep Rest & Play

Welcome to our cozy forest tipi, a peaceful, playful, and truly unique off-grid retreat tucked into 155 acres of private woodland. This is a place to slow down, breathe deeply, sleep incredibly well, and reconnect with nature (without giving up comfort).

The Tipi

Our tipi is thoughtfully outfitted to feel warm, comfortable, and inviting. Inside you’ll find:
• One queen-size bed and two comfortable couch beds
• Luxurious bedding, sheets, blankets, pillows, robes, towels, and washcloths
• Lights, fan, heater, vanity, luggage rack, TV tray
• Dishes, cups, silverware, pour-over coffee maker, hot water kettle
• Blow dryer, hand towels, toilet paper
• Board games, cooler
• Propane fire pit inside the tipi and a wood-burning fire pit outside on your private deck
• Fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, first aid kit

The tipi has a urine-only toilet and foot-pump sink inside.
Just outside on your private deck, you’ll find a separate enclosed shower and toilet (for everything else). The shower has instant hot water that lasts a long time, making for a surprisingly luxurious outdoor shower experience, all fully private and enclosed.

Your deck also features comfortable furniture, a misting system for warm days, string lights, and fire pits, perfect for relaxing mornings or cozy evenings under the stars.

The Land & Activities

There is no shortage of fun, relaxation, or adventure here:
• Axe throwing station
• Hammocks
• Pickleball court, basketball, trampoline, badminton, cornhole

This land holds very special energy, you’ll notice natural quartz crystals scattered throughout the property. Combined with fresh forest air, abundant oxygen, and the quiet of an off-grid environment, it creates an incredibly restorative atmosphere.

Guests consistently tell us the same thing: they sleep better here than anywhere else.

You’ll also enjoy fresh spring water, filtered through one of the finest systems available — Berkey Filters — contributing to great hydration, relaxation, and rest.
