The Executive Underground suite is a completely private apartment situated on the basement level of a private home in downtown Toronto.
A private, self-contained apartment for vacation or business in the heart of downtown Toronto's Garden District between the Village and Cabbagetown. Food provided for your self-catered breakfast. You have your own private entrance onto the street, your home away from home!

The apartment is accessed directly from the front of the house, down a short flight of steps. The front door lets directly into the apartment reception room and access is by means of an electronic door code lock. Your unique code is emailed to you a day or two before your arrival. If you require parking you will also receive the access code to the parking area, which is round the back of the house of a paved laneway with an electrically controlled gate. An information sheet is provided to guests that contains helpful information regarding the apartment, including the password to the Wifi network.
The apartment is entirely self-contained and you may come and go without entering the main house. Although, of course, we are delighted to see you any time that you wish!
The Executive Underground is only a few minutes walk from the heart of downtown, with all the tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are a short walk from Toronto's famous gay village and also from the historic Cabbagetown area. The well-known St. Lawrence Market and Kensington Market are close by, as is the bustling Chinatown area. We really are in the middle of everything. At the same time, our street is quiet and residential.
Guests have a fully functioning self-contained apartment. Kitchen, living room with sofa-bed, separate bedroom, private bathroom, andccess to the laundry. Guests have their own phone number with free, unlimited long distance calls to all of North America and sixty countries world-wide.
Interaction with Guests
Host empties the garbage bins daily and cleans bathroom and kitchen as needed, will run the dishwasher if required, and will check/replace essential breakfast items. Usually this is done while the guest is out. Owner is available, friendly and willing to help guests with tourist directions and to answer any questions.
The location is one of the closest B&B locations to the downtown area. Almost everything is within walking distance. There are pleasant parks nearby, major shopping malls, charming diverse neighbourhoods, and wonderful restaurants.
Toronto is a transit city - the subway (underground train) can take you to any part of the city, the streetcar or bus is good for shorter distances and reaches more destinations. For downtown shopping or tourism. Walking is best.
