Surrounded by evergreens, Madrona Point Tree House is a five-bedroom home ideal for families and close friends to reconnect. Enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace, time outdoors and relaxed moments in the private hot tub. Comfortably sleeping up to ten, the home welcomes well-mannered dogs and respectful groups seeking a calm, nature-filled getaway on Anderson Island. HOA guidelines apply.

The space
We are a 3 minute walk to both lakes, park and tennis courts. Nestled amongst the mature evergreens and Madrona trees, this 5-bedroom, 3-bath rental comfortably sleeps 10 of all ages. Family dogs are welcome to travel and stay as our guests. Games, puzzles and sports balls are available for the young at heart to share and enjoy. Check-out more on our social media pages.

Upstairs a vaulted ceiling looks over two of the bedrooms, bathroom and loft library. Main floor features the updated open concept kitchen with counter seating adjacent to the dining area. Enjoy the gas burning fireplace in the living room or simply enjoy the tree filled view. Sliding doors give access to private deck, perfect place for morning coffee or afternoon sunshine with a gas grill. A full bathroom on each floor allows for privacy and plenty of options for morning prepping or family bedtime routines.

Downstairs you'll find the kitchenette, family room with smart television and another bedroom and bathroom. Here you are just steps away from the hot tub to enjoy morning or night. Laundry access is off of the kitchenette.

All bedrooms have a view of natures greenery. Need to work remotely with the Wi-fi? Or have fun and bring your golf clubs or racket for nearby tennis courts. Pack your outdoor gear, bring bikes, and be sure to bring swimsuit or blanket for picnics - we've got the towels!

We are in an HOA so quiet hours and following posted signage is VERY important. No dogs allowed in Riviera Parks. THERE ARE NO SERVICES ON THE ISLAND - NO GAS STATION OR GROCERY STORE.

Parking for 4 cars on gravel driveway only. NO STREET PARKING.

Wi-Fi: Unlimited with speeds and availability are not guaranteed due to weather, power outages or equipment failure.

Hot Tub: Available to guests and is not guarnteed due to mechanical issues, failure or inclement weather.

Ferry serviced island - Ferry system is independant and sets schedule. NO services on island; no grocery store or gas station.

We support Airbnb's Nondiscrimination Policy based on inclusion and respect.

We allow 2 well groomed, house trained dogs with guests. PLEASE inform of us what type and how many dogs you would like to bring.

There are porch steps leading up to the house and then two staircases - one to the loft and upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Lower staircase leads to family room and downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

This is a ferry served island - no bridges. Plan ahead and have Ferry tickets/schedule from the Pierce County website. You can downloand the Ferry ticket app, PCFerry to purchase tickets ahead of time with a credit card.

We highly recommend downloading the Anderson Island Assistant app as it can be a great help with the ferry schedule, events, weather, and alerts for important island information. There are currently NO SERVICES on the island - no gas station or grocery store.

Neighborhood highlights

It's pretty quiet here, a residential neighborhood with regular city and country sounds. A quick drive to the General Store & Cafe - get your basics here, but load up on the mainland if you're prepping for meals. Walk to the renovated restaurant with a lovely nine-hole golf course across the street. Drive your pups to the off-leash dog park, but be sure to leave them safe in the kennel when you head to the lake as no dogs are allowed. Quiet neighborhood feel and no sidewalks or stop lights on island.
