Beautifully lit apartment within Melbourne Tower Complex in the heart of Melbourne. Right across from the Crown Casino, 5 minutes walk to Flinder St station, Business District, Victoria Arts Centre.
The apartment is located on the 11th floor with a nice city view to the north side and view of the West Gate bridge on the west side. The master bedroom is furnished with queen size bed, comes wtih ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and the 3rd room with another queen size bed. The main bathroom/laundry is located next the the 3rd bedroom. The living room is very spacious complete with 40inch digital tv, DVD player and an iPod compatible stereo. It also has a double foldout couch where you can sleep 2 additional people.
The complex has a heated pool and gym located on the 6th floor (opening hours are 6am to 10pm) and tennis court (day light only). The building also has its own concierge desk which is attended from 6am to 10pm. The concierge desk has weather report, direct telephone diallying for taxi and also collects dry cleaning items.
The building is centrally located within walking distance to Flinder St Main Train Terminal. It is also connected to Tram 55 which takes you directly in to the city.
The apartment has 1 allocated parking spot within the complex.

No parties inside the apartment!! Linen, towels, shampoo, hair conditioner ans soap are all supplied.
The building policy prohibits clothes horses on the balcony, so please keep the clothes rack inside the apartment. Absolutely no smoking in the apartment, smoking is permitted on the balconies only.
Prior to check out, please kindly dispose normal rubbish down the
rubbish chute located to the right of the elevators on each floor.
Recycled rubbish bins are located next to the car park entrance on the
ground floor. Please also clean the dishes, pots and cooking utensils
either using the dishwasher or the detergent provided. If you have
unpacked any extra bedding, please place them back.
Upon check out, please return both sets of keys to the concierge in
the envelope provided. Loss of the set of keys with the car park
remote will incur a replacement charge of $300 and the other set will
incur a charge of $100
