The property is on the north end of Lake Tenkiller and is located 500 feet to the lake entrance at Pettit Bay Parks. There is a boat ramp, swimming and a loading dock available at each park. There are numerous floating restaurants and boat rentals at the marinas. It is 15 min to town with shopping, eateries, tourism, casinos, golfing and much more. The property is 30 minutes to the Illinois River for rafting, kayaking, canoeing and swimming. This is a fishing and hunting paradise.

Great location for family reunions, holiday get togethers, Tenkiller lake activities (swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, jet skiing), hiking, Illinois float trips, casino's, golfing, hunting, shopping, great eateries, Cherokee Nation tourism and just a great place for relaxing !!

The entire house is available for use. There is a 2 car garage. The house sits on 2 acres of manicured lawn all available for use. There is an outdoor fire pit, gazebo, basketball goal, room for volleyball, softball, lawn games, outdoor camping and great for just chillaxing !!
