The space

The perfect combination of old and new. This downtown loft condo combines history with contemporary architecture and modern features.

Layout:
The first floor is home to a cozy living room with beautiful furniture selected by the owner's wife. The sofa converts into a comfortable bed. There is a convenient 1/2 bath for guests using the sleeper sofa. A modern staircase that compliments the space appears to float along the exposed brick wall to the second floor.

The second floor features:
- Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances
- Peninsula with barstool seating
- Separate dining area with a comfortable banquette
- Conveniently located washer and dryer

Down the hall is the spacious master bedroom with double closets and en-suite bath. A second bedroom, and 2nd full bath complete this floor.

Conveniently located near some of the City's best bars and restaurants this is downtown living at its finest.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo and private parking space. Please make yourself at home!

Other things to note
FOR PARKING: The garage can only accommodate mid size cars and small SUVS only. Unfortunately there is not enough space for large Trucks/SUVS. We accommodate 1 free parking space in the garage. Any additional vehicles in your group are welcome to park in the parking lot on your left that you pass to get to the garage. It is $5 a day to park there. Thanks!
