Large, sunny, private bedroom with private bath in spacious, 3 story, Historic home in central St. Louis. Convenient to Soulard, Downtown, Stadium, Grand Arts, Botanical Garden. Walk to Lafayette Square! Walk to neighborhood restaurants on Shenandoah.
On excellent busline, and an excellent location for biking to everything fun in the city. Plenty of street parking. Beautiful neighborhood for walking, too.
Cable, wifi and washer & dryer.
The downstairs is community area where you can use the kitchen and hang out if you like. If the weather is nice I have a breezeway and small backyard that is nice to enjoy.
Wonderfully quirky and beautiful space - bright, rich colors and beautiful patterns and art everywhere. Exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you Mary! We hope to be back when in St. Lou.
Mary was a great host. I enjoyed talking with her about the city and the different neighborhoods and felt very comfortable in her home. The bedroom is spacious with lots of light. The house is about as conveniently located as possible, with everything I wanted to do in the city no more than 10-15 minutes away. Her friendly dogs were a bonus. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
Gran experiencia.
I had a great time here! I flew in on the red-eye, and she stayed up to let me in. Loved the place, would definitely stay here again.
Mary Dean has a very cool home and she was extremely kind and helpful. Her doggies were great too!
Mary was a warm, welcoming and personable hostess. Her doggie hosts Tibby and Sugar were equally friendly and welcoming. Mary's home was a fun, eclectic mix of art and antiques. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We will stay here again on our next visit to the wonderful city of St. Louis.
Our host was kind and very familiar with the area, and offered helpful suggestions based on our interests. Although the home is older, the room was very clean and charming. We liked the artsy comfortable feeling. The neighborhood felt safe, easy parking in front of house, no problems. We stayed here to be able to have an affordable room and easy access to the downtown St. Louis area. We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb room.
Friendly, relaxed, love to travel, love animals. I am a Realtor so if you are moving to St. Louis I can help you find your next home. I enjoy hosting people coming to town to explore and enjoy the city.
