Interaction with Guests
I do not like to bug the guest but am here if they need anything.
I am on the bus line but it only comes once an hour. This is not the best city to get around with public transportation.
The downstairs is community area where you can use the kitchen and hang out if you like. If the weather is nice I have a breezeway and small backyard that is nice to enjoy.
Mary met us at the door and showed us around right away. She offered us coffee and fruit for breakfast and gave us some room in her frig for our food.
The neighborhood is easy to find, seemed safe, and we had good restaurants within walking distance. Parking in front of her home was so convenient!! Nice lady, friendly dogs, and interesting home.
An interesting experience within an eminently "arty" household... Mary's hospitality was warm, generous and enveloping. The facilities were what one has learned to expect from quality "lets" found on AirBandB, Value, plus eclecticism, plus hospitality, comfort and fun – as well as a warm-hearted exchange of opinions within an ambiance of sensitive charm.
Merci Mary D – une belle experience...!
Mary's home was spectacular - large rooms, beautifully decorated. We had a very big bedroom and private bathroom. Mary offered wine and breakfast and was a wonderful hostess. She provided great info about sight seeing in St. Louis.
Great neighborhood! Host was very welcoming and the house was very clean.
A perfect visit. The location was perfect. The house is lovely. Decorations impressive. The 1880's row houses were a treat to view. We could not have asked for a better location. And right next to the Tower Grove Park for our Sarah Dobie Buila Family farm market. A perfect mini vacation. Your recommendation of the restaurant was good. We really enjoyed talking about our airbnb stories. We sincerely look forward to your visit to us in New Buffalo, Michigan when you can fit the trip in. We have much more to talk about. Thank you again for adding so much to our trip.
Mary Dean is a super host. We felt at home as soon as we stepped in. The house is amazing so well decorated, we wish we had stayed longer it was an absolute pleasure to stay there.
I had a charming visit at Mary's place! I was looking for a clean, quiet cool (I visited in July) place to stay for the weekend. I spent most of my weekend running around for a wedding and didn't get a chance to spend a lot of time at the Breezeway, but did enjoy the spacious bedroom and the decor of the house.
Mary and her dogs were lovely hosts, and I would book with her again!
