Welcome to "Up The Beach"! This 3-Bedroom Hampton Beach cottage has been completely renovated including central AC! Tiled Shower and Granite Counters. The view from the back deck is amazing. You can sit and watch the river as boats come and go. Fantastic Sunsets. View of the Fireworks. All within walking distances of the sand and all the amenities that Hampton Beach has become famous for. The cottage is located in a single family home environment which equates to peace and serenity.

The space
"Up The Beach" features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. A cozy living room for watching the Red Sox on the flat screen tv and a front screen porch for playing cards or talking with family on a summer evening! Everything is brand new from the stainless steel appliances to brand new mattresses. The back deck overlooks the harbor and has a gas grille for summer cookouts and cocktails with friends. There is also an outside shower to rinse off that Hampton sand. You will truly feel at "home" in this cozy cottage by the sea!
