We had problems with the hot water and it wasn't very consistent. Ended up bathing with freezing cold water!! Bedsheets had a smell that felt like someone had already slept in the bed before us. Neighbourhood was safe with laundromat 5 min walking distance and various pastry shops. Easily accessible by train!
Very good apartment for the family with small children. There were enough space for everyone in our family. We were satisfied. The apartment was comfortable and close to public transport. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood. And it was very good equipped.

Olivier was a wonderful host. He offered assistance before our arrival and helped us figure out transportation to the airport. We were not able to meet with him but he was available throughout our visit to answer our questions. The apartment was exactly as listed. There as more than enough room for us and our two children. The apartment was comfortable and close enough to public transportation. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
We spent about week at Oliver's place in Paris and were extremely satisfied. Oliver as an easy person to deal with, his English is superb and the apartments are very well managed. We would definitely consider Oliver for our future trips to Paris and also recommend to our friends and airbnb users.
And small explanation about the following ratings: I do not give the maximum for the accuracy of the pictures as in the real life the apartments are MUCH BETTER!!!!

From the moment we walked in the door and saw the big bouquet of spring lilacs waiting for us as a thoughtful touch, we knew the apartment was a find. It looks just like the pictures. We did not use the kitchen except for breakfast, but it looked like it had everything you could need to cook and eat a meal, except amusingly for France, wine glasses (we eventually found two red wine glasses, but would have liked some white as well). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space (the only caveat here is that one bedroom is a walk through to the other -- not a problem for two adults with their children, but for two couples staying together it might be good to know about it). The bathroom was small but functional. The host had noted that the hot water supply in the shower was limited but we didn't have problems. (It might however be a problem for a family with long soakers). The patio was pleasant to sit on and our children liked having some outdoor space at the end of a long day exploring Paris. The apartment is convenient walking distance from a new metro stop, and the ride into the centre of Paris was not overly long or unpleasantly crowded even at rush hour. There were plenty of shops within easy walking distance, although we had a little trouble finding really good restaurants close by (maybe suggestions from the host could be added to what is otherwise a very helpful guide to the apartment and the local area?) In all it was a very enjoyable stay, and the apartment is to be recommended as long as you don't want to be in the exact middle of Paris.

About the Host, Olivier
I live in a cosy apartment in Nantes, and it is a pleasure to share it with travellers coming from all over the world.
I like meeting people with different culture and hosting is a good way to do so.
Travelling is my moto. Peru, Madagascar, Indonesia, Turkey, New Zealand, Florida, Myanmar (Burma), Russia, Sydney and South-Africa... I have enjoyed all these parts of the world. My next trips will be Serbia/Monte Negro and hopefully California. My aim is always to meet new cultures.
