Enjoy the convenience of this beautifully renovated two-bed Victorian flat with a private entrance and easy access parking close by. Located in the heart of Margate's vibrant Old Town, you're just a short walk from the main sands beach, Turner Gallery, vintage shops, art galleries and restaurants, so you can fully immerse yourself in the Margate culture. The flat is in the centre of town which means there is traffic noise and people noise but you have easy access to everything margate offers.

The space
Our inviting and spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom flat is two levels above a shop and faces a street that runs through the old town to Cliftonville. It's a charming old property with a spacious open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with everything you might need.

Luxury linens and towels are provided in the bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with at least five sets of plates, glasses, cutlery, mugs and a Nespresso machine with coffee pods.

The lounge has a 50-inch 4K TV with Netflix and Amazon included high-speed internet, and a comfy sofa and chairs for relaxing, playing games or reading (all provided in the TV cabinet). All the decor has been carefully curated to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Terrestrial TV is not available.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire flat, with its private entrance in Spellers Court, located at the back of Hawley Street off Love Lane. There is a lockbox for the key so that you can arrive anytime after 3:00 pm.

PARKING - Trinity Square parking lot is a 3 min walk from the flat and is £7 per day or pay by the hour.
Morrison’s has pay and display for a max of 12 hours.
There are random free parking spaces around the old town with different restrictions.

Other parking nearby include:
Broad Street, Margate On-Street parking - Max 2hrs, pay & display.
Fort Road, Margate On-Street - Max 2 hrs, pay & display.

Other things to note
The flat is up a flight of stairs and then situated on two levels. Guests will need to navigate two flights of stairs during their stay.

PETS - We are a pet-friendly Airbnb. There is a £15 fee per pet to cover the extra cleaning. Please let us know about your pet when you book. Airbnb now has a pet option you can click on during booking. The pet fee will be added to your total fee. We provide dog bowls and a bed.
