The space
Free Level 2 electric vehicle charging for guests. Telsa charging cables are provided. Other EVs can bring your own cable to plug into our NEMA 14-50 outlets. Message me to reserve charging and get the code. The house was formerly known as Bordeaux Bungalow before the 2019 remodel.

Other things to note
There is one off-street parking space provided in the parking lot in back of the house. Those with larger vehicles will probably be happier to park in the free on-street parking spaces in front. Free on-street parking is usually easy to find, except on busy Friday evenings and Saturdays.

There is a security camera for the parking lot. Fredericksburg Short Term Rental Permit #FBGTX-16909. A 7% Gillespie County Hospitality Tax is included in the nightly rate, so it comes out of our portion.
