Many delicious restaurants, cafe's and coffee shops such as Clinton Bakery, Beauty and Essex, The Stanton Social, The Meatball Shop..... Our favorite wine shop is "September Wine and Spirits" on Stanton.

The space was such a pleasure to come to at the end of the day. It takes you away from the hectic city life. It's where you find balance at the end of the day & dawn of the day. I loved everything, even though the stairs were a workout I wasn't ready for but was totally worth the cardio! Lol the rooftop is amazing!!!! Must sit there and see the sun set or rise. Perfect spot too! You can walk to so many things.
Aresh was a very nice host, even though he was not in the country for the entire duration of our stay. As the apartment was not ready when we arrived he greeted us and placed us in the cafe below the apartment. He also provided us with restaurant and cafe recommendations in the neighbourghood.
The apartment was clean and inviting, with a full kitchen including complementary tea and musli, and Aresh Even provided some beers ready for us upon our arrival. There was a soundsystem ready for use, printer, stacked bookshelves and arts and crafts materials.
Locationwise the apartment is perfect. Close to metro, lots of excellent cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Would definitely stay at this apartment again! Though be warned if you haven't used your stairmaster in a while, there are a lot of steps to be climbed, and no elevator. Also the toilet is in the hallway.
I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment had such a cozy atmosphere and was filled with lovely plants. The building was rich with history and I felt lucky to have spent some time there.
We had an amazing moment at Kate and Aresh'. We noted 5\5, which is dangerous if you want to visit NYC and not just chill in the flat! The atmosphere is very peaceful and warm, Aresh was very helpful when we arrived, even though he was not here. Finally, the location of the flat is perfect: nice neighbourhood and close to everything. You won't regret your stay!
Aresh was a very nice host, always very helpful.
the place is very charming and relaxing, have a good sound system and a lot of books to read.
The location is very good, 3 blocks from de station. The neighborhood is the best, lots of restaurants and bars that we can go walking.
It's very close to brooklyn too!
I recomend staying there.
