Welcome to Radhuset Liftsvängen 14! The accommodation is 57 square meters, with attached terrace with lovely sunshine and view towards Borgahällan.



The accommodation is very close to the slalom slope, the shop, ski tracks and snowmobile tracks. In the middle of the village on the Ava Lake side. 300 meters to the nearest restaurant. In Borgafjäll there are a total of 5 different restaurants and an Ica store.

Own slope outside the house with barbecue area. Bubbles and pulkers are available to borrow.

The children or friends can play outside all day and then go in and sleep separately and then be ready for new adventures the next day.

It is open floor plan between kitchen and living room. 2 bedrooms, drying room and toilet with shower. There are 6 sleeping places. In the larger bedroom, there are 2 bunk beds 90x200 and in the smaller bedroom, there is a double bed that is 160x200.

terraced house there are most kitchen accessories that one might need. Fridge and freezer, 4 plate cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, moccamaster coffee maker, electric whisk, mixer, kettle, 2 coffeemashers, toaster, sandwich grill, soda streamer ( bring gas bottle to be sure there is gas ), lemon press, ice maker, small Bluetooth speaker and more.

The kitchen table can accommodate 6-8 chairs (insert board available ),as well as extra chairs and two child seats for the little ones. In addition to this there are two snow racers and a Pulka to use outside.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but are brought by the guest.

In one of the bedrooms there is a mountain map of the area in Borgafjäll to be able to locate themselves.

6 tanned reindeer rails are available in the cabin to sit on outside in the deck chairs on or inside around the table.

In the living room is a comfortable sofa to sit down in after a full day out,
Digital TV is available with chromecast as well as wifi connection
Toilet, shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available. Hygiene items will take the guest with them.

On the outside by the entrance there is a laundry room/drying room , with a combined washing machine/dryer if necessary. In addition, there are two shoe dryers and a dehumidifier to speed up drying times.

In addition to this, in the small storage room on the bridge there are 3 seating pads, 2 berry pickers to pick berries, 6 pimp rods, ice fishing bucket, a 20 liter gas can and 3 ice fishing skins to use out on the ice or on the mountain when you are going to sit and have coffee etc to access.

At the sun deck outside there is a dining table with benches, 4 sun chairs and a charcoal grill for use and 6 tanned reindeer skins to use on the terrace.

Parking is in front of the townhouse, there is parking for both scooters and cars. Trailers and guests park the intersection at the beginning of the lift turn where parking spaces are available.

It is about 200 meters to the ground system with children's lift, off-piste skiing, snowmobile trail and restaurant where they also have ski rental, snowmobile rental and ski school. There is also access to book a helicopter tour in Borg mountains.

Close to hiking trails, mushroom picking, berry picking, hunting and fishing.

This side of the mountain in Borgafjäll is called Avasjösidan.

Slalombacken is located about 100 meters from the townhouse and the snowmobile trail starts on the road in front of the townhouse. The lift system consists of a child lift and an anchor lift. Offpiste, yes!

At the country store there are recycling stations and a gas station. About 500 meters from the townhouse.

Behind the hotel begins the cross-country ski trail. The hotel also has 2 restaurants and a pub.
