The space
This is a brand new one bedroom listing which includes a full bath and kitchenette with toaster oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, cooking and eating utensils, microwave, and a grill. This space is great for a couple or a group of 3 or 4 who don't mind the open concept. The living space which hosts the kitchenette and pull-out sofa is connected by an open staircase to the upper level master suite. There is also an exterior stair to the garden from the second level.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in a quiet, residential area a short walk to Kettle Cove Beach, and just minutes from Two Lights State Park, Crescent Beach, Higgins Beach, Fort Williams Park and Robinson Woods Trail. We are about a 10 minute uber ride to Portland's Old Port, over the bridge you can see the cityscape and Casco Bay. There are a number of grocery stores and farms close by to stock up on provisions, and local produce. For your convenience, we can stock your refrigerator prior to your arrival. Just send us a shopping list. There are also horse farms for a private lesson, and a place to buy fresh lobster just down the road. We are close to the Cape Elizabeth High School which offers day passes for lap swimming, in the indoor pool.
