The property is located just 1 short block from the world's most famous beach, where you can take in surfing, stand up paddling, canoe surfing, body boarding, snorkel, catamaran rides or just sun bathe. Popular surf spots in front of the building include Publics, Queens Surf, Canoes, Pops and 3's. This is where everyone wants to be!

The nearby neighborhood includes popular Hy's Steak House, several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants that cater to every nationality. A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Village. Bring your camera.

Transportation is readily available. Bus stops are located in front of the property, and you can circle the island from your back yard. Rental cars are not really necessary unless you want to spend a lot of time at a certain destination. Ala Moana Center and Convention Center are about 1 mile away, ride the bus or one of the many open air trolleys.

  • This condo was very conveniently located for first timers to the Waikiki area. The condo is easily accessible, in a secured building and has parking available on-site below the building. We were extremely fortunate during our stay and we parked downstairs since it was available. All of Waikiki including the beachs are within a short walking distance from the building. The condo has everything that you will need for either a short or long stay in the Waikiki area.

  • Our initial experiences with this booking were not positive. Roger had sent us an email the day before we arrived with all the details we needed to know. We got the impression that he had this process working like a finely oiled machine. In the email he told us check in was 3pm. I told him we arrived at 6:30am and asked if there was anywhere we could leave our bags. He said we could ask the resident manager if we could leave our bags with him but that it had nothing to do with Roger. He reiterated that check in was at 3pm and so we presumed that he must have had someone else checking out that day. We arrived at the building at about 7:30am and the resident manager allowed us to leave our bags with him for a cost of $5 per bag. We then went site seeing however by 10am we were falling asleep in a cafe and really struggled to stick it out to 3pm (we had already been awake for about a day and a half by this stage). We returned to the unit shortly after 3pm and followed Roger's instructions to open the lock box only to find there was no key inside. The resident manager helped us to call roger who didn't know what was going on. As we didn't have a local number that he could call us back on, he asked us to call him in 20mins once he had worked out what was going on. This meant that we had to go and buy a local SIM card. Seeing how exhausted we were, the resident manager let us in to another room so that we could at least put our bags there and sit. This was a room that someone had stayed in and it had not yet been cleaned. We were told that the cleaner of the room that we were supposed to be in had been contacted and she was coming with a set of keys. We were told that she would be an hour and she would meet us at the room we were waiting in. An hour and a half later we were still sitting in the dark, unclean room so I texted Roger to see what was going on and got no reply. I then called him and after repeatedly trying to explain who I was was told that the cleaner was on her way and she would meet us in the foyer. I told him that the resident manager had taken us to a room and told us to wait there for the cleaner. Roger said "no, she is meeting you in the foyer. She may already be there now". So I went down to the foyer and waited for about 10-15 mins. Fortunately my mum had waited in the room because the cleaner arrived there and told her that there was never any arrangement to meet in the foyer, she was always...

  • #209 condo suited our needs perfectly! It was clean with everything in good working order. Roger was easy to reach when we had a little miscommunication regarding the number of the property. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were very friendly. The location could not be better - most everything within walking distance. We would definitely recommend to friends and hope to stay there again in the not too distant future!!

  • My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and would recommend it. The location was extremely close to the beach and the main spots in Waikiki. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy. The building was a tad 'rough' and because it is right downtown you can hear some of the noises at night. But it didn't really affect us. Roger was very organized and a pleasure to work with.

  • A perfect apartment for 2 people with Waikiki Beach just around the corner. A lot of shopping and restaurant just a block away.
    It was easy to get and return the key and the host Roger answered all of our question. Even if we were satisfied we´ll probably choose another apartment for our next visit.

  • The apartment is in a great location. The condo itself is a little run down, but the unit is clean and has been recently renovated.
    We had an issue with the modem, but Roger was very easy to get in contact with and had his IT person stop by and she fixed it in a matter of minutes.

  • We are really happy about our staying here. Everything went on smoothly, from picking up the keys to stay there for two weeks and then check out. Extremely close to the beautiful Waikikki beach and to buses wherever we wanted to go. I will definitely recommend this place if anyone of my friends are going to Honolulu. Thank you!   • This place is in a great location. 1-2 minutes walk from the beach and very close to everything else so no need for any transportation within Waikiki. The airport shuttle will drop off and pick up straight from in front of the apartment. However, for tours pick-up they will only pick up from hotels and Hilton's Prince Kuhio is less than a minutes away.

    The apartment is clean and simple. It is a relatively small apartment but not too small to feel cramped. The nice touches are the small fridge, microwave, cable TV, and the air conditioner.

    The downside is that it can be noisy at night because of the location (buses). It was fine for me after I closed the windows which filters out most of the noise.

    One plus I should mention is that the resident management offers luggage holding service for your last day ($5 a bag), but there are days/time restrictions that may not work out for you.

    My experience with Roger has been hassle free, and he was flexible with my early check-in.
