When you stay with us, you will not only be able to get up and close to a sheep, but we will provide you with true kiwi experience.
Just cannot describe how excited my wife becomes when she saw Liz's place. In the middle of nowhere yet with modern comfort. Strongly recommend it to anyone who needs a real refreshing, relaxing, and memorable holiday.
Ah yes, the fresh milk straight from cow is a private treat from Liz. I don't know if I should tell the other guests this wonderful experience as it may burden Liz as this is not something one can buy off the shelf and involve Liz some special efforts.
Liz was a wonderful host and her place is nice. The room is spacious and comfy. She was friendly and flexible enough to accommodate our change of schedule. Her dog and sheep are cute too! A very nice stay!
Liz and her place are great! She was incredibly flexible with our insanely late arrival on Christmas morning and was absolutely lovely during our stay. Her dog Inca was very fun and playful too! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay with Liz!
Elizabeth and her place are awesome! 10-15 min out from Te Puke, half an hour from Tauranga and under an hour from Rotorua, so fairly easy to access although we did get the wrong impression and thought it was far closer to Rotorua than it actually was. The room was spacious and clean, more than enough for the two of us :) She also left us a hearty breakfast the next morning which was yummy! Awesome experience, an awesome kiwi farmstay :)
We had a lovely stay with Liz. This is an ideal location if you would like to experience farm life in New Zealand. Our room was spacious and clean, Liz was very helpful and her dog super cute. If you have spare bread, you can even cuddle the sheep!
Recommended if you are looking for a place to: mingle with goats, sheeps and a hyper cute Beagle; see a night sky full of stars; take a break from city life and be disconnected.
The location isn't too bad either (only if you drive), almost in between Rotorua and Bay of Plenty regions.
We had a very lovely stay. Elizabeth was very friendly and the house was great. It's hard to beat the view from the balcony, and at night you'll wish you had a telescope, as the sky is absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend to anyone in search of a tranquil getaway.
Liz is a very nice host staying up late due to our late arrival. Even though she had to get up early to work. We were welcomed by Inca (Liz's cute dog). The house was great and spacious. Liz had prepared the breakfast (bread, cereal, fruit, milk, juice) for us. She even spent some time at night to discuss point of interest in the area. Highly recommend her place to stay.
Elizabeth gave us a very large room with 3 big beds for us and our 2 boys. She is also very kind to cook dinner for us on hearing that we had not have our Dinner as we reached her place quite late in the evening. The boys also enjoyed feeding the sheeps. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!
Liz was a very helpful and friendly host. She even offered us a roast, and supplied us with a big breakfast both mornings. Her place has a great view.
