Calm and convenient location

Our Air b&b is a renovated historical home located in downtown Tipp City. It maintains its charm as a historical home while offering quality and comfortable amenities. We highly encourage our guest to walk around our cherished town to visit our local shops and restaurants.

The space
Upon entry you will be welcomed into the open space that consists of a large living/dining room. Additionally, on the first floor you will find a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. Both of the bedrooms are on the second floor so you must be able to climb stairs.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home as well as front and back patios. The only exceptions are the padlocked owners closet and basement.

Other things to note
Our limit of 4 guests is a firm rule. We exercise a zero tolerance policy for parties, gatherings, or any unregistered guests. Breaking this rule may result in immediate cancellation of reservation with no refund.

Our home is just outside of downtown Dayton and is only several minutes from the Dayton International Airport. For around $25 or less you can utilize Uber to access downtown Dayton, The Rose Music Center, the Airport and many other local attractions.

Having said that everything you need for a pleasant stay is within walking distance in the charming town of Tipp City.
