Each guest will receive their own set of keys - one for the front door and one for the apartment door. Our individual rooms do not have locks! I have far more to lose here than you are bringing with you. This is not a hotel with hundreds of transients. Your privacy is respected 100%, 100% of the time! Should you feel less than comfortable with this situation it would likely be best for you to stay elsewhere.
Unless I am sleeping, I respond almost immediately to any inquiry. Please give me a clear picture of your intentions for staying here and whatever your specific needs may be. No one likes surprises at check-in! If you do not already have the AirBNB smartphone app, I highly recommend downloading it!
No room or area is off-limits. As a guest in my home you have access to every feature, room, and comfort.

As much or as little as you wish. A simple "hello" or "goodbye" is fine. More meaningful interactions are always welcomed!
My neighborhood is rich in history and quite unique! A few steps in any direction will take you to great cultural experiences, theater, nature, architecture, and shopping.
My apartment is 2 blocks from a major metro hub, 59th St/ Columbus Circle. From there you can get to almost anywhere!

No Wild Parties.
Be Respectful of our Neighbors.
Enjoy Your Stay!
We had a wonderful experience at Jeffery's. Jeff and his friends are so nice and the place is really quiet in the mid-Manhattan. We really enjoyed our time
Jeff was very welcoming. Answered my texts/calls quickly. And helped me with my heavy bags on these tricky stairs (highly appreciate that).
I have stayed in west side before, so I was familiar with the area. Its lively, and close to everything, and I mean everything! Time Warners mall, Hudson Hotel, Columbus Circle, Central Park, CVs, and many other.
The area is safe, and as a young woman I felt fine walking around the block, even late night, with no problem!
Jeffrey's place was wonderful and so close to all the places in New York we wanted to see. Sadly, I didn't get to meet Jeffrey but his flat mates were lovely.
My daughter and I enjoyed very much our stay at Jeffrey. He wasn't home most of the time, but his 2 roommates helped us with whatever we needed. We also had nice gatherings whenever we met at the apartment in the evening. The whole atmosphere, including the wonderful kitchen and the very interesting decoration, made us feel very comfortable.
The location is awesome! We walked to several different places, like Moma, Times Square, Theatres on Broadway, Rockfeller Center, Central Park.
We definitely would love to stay there again when we get back to NY.
Jeffrey and his roommates were very friendly and helpful! They made us feel very comfortable.
The apartment completly corresponds to what is said: clean, pleasant, well equipped and decorated with taste!
We really recommand it to you!
It must be the most comfortable accommodation I've ever stayed in New York. The convenient location, clean environment, and vintage decoration were the first impression it gave me. After getting along with the roomies for more than one week, their friendly and sincere attitudes moved me a lot. Btw, wally is a really cute dog lol! Highly recommend it!
This was a great little room with an awesome location to where I needed to be. Jeffery was kindly available via phone anytime I needed anything. Would stay again!
