The apartment has one master bedroom with a queen bed, one second bedroom with bunk beds for two, one dining room, one kitchen, one bathroom (shower+toilet).
The apartment has been recently, tastefully and genuinely renovated with many vintage decoration fixtures.

MORE ABOUT KOTOR :
Located along one of Montenegro's most beautiful bays is Kotor, a city of traders and famous sailors, with many stories to tell.
The old Mediterranean port of Kotor is surrounded by an impressive city wall built by the Republic of Venice and Venetian influence remains predominant in the city's architecture. The Bay of Kotor, one of the most indented parts of the Adriatic Sea, is the southern-most fjord in Europe. Together with the nearly overhanging limestone cliffs of Orjen and Lovćen, Kotor and its surrounding area form an impressive and picturesque Mediterranean landscape.
In recent years, Kotor has seen a steady increase in tourists, attracted by both the natural beauty of the Gulf of Kotor and the old town of Kotor itself.
The Old City of Kotor is a well preserved urbanisation typical of the Middle Ages, built between the 12th and 14th century. Medieval architecture and numerous monuments of cultural heritage have made Kotor an UNESCO listed “World Natural and Historical Heritage Site". Through the entire city the buildings are criss-crossed with narrow streets and squares. At one of them there is the Cathedral of Sveti Tripun , a monument of Roman culture and one of the most recognisable symbols of the city. The Church of Sveti Luka (13th century), Church Sveta Ana (12th century) Church Sveta Marija (13th century), Church Gospe od Zdravlja (15th century), the Prince’s Palace (17th century) and the Napoleon Theatre (19th century) are all treasures that are part of the rich heritage of Kotor. Carnivals and fiestas are organised each year to give additional charm to this most beautiful city of the Montenegrin littoral. You simply can not afford to miss a visit to Kotor.
Kotor is surely the most famous Montenegrin town when we are talking about culture and cultural landmarks. At the end of XIX century, because of its unsurpassable beauty, Kotor got the epithet of the Bride of Adriatic.
No smoking, no pets, 4 guests maximum (perfect for a couple with 2 kids)
The apartment is on the first floor of a building looking out over a square in the Old Town. There are a couple of restaurants on the square and so there is a constant hum that can be heard in the flat from the to-ing and fro-ing below. We liked this and it never bothered us - our 7-month-old baby slept soundly in her room. Pierrick answered our questions in a timely manner and made sure a cot was already set up for our daughter.
We used Kotor as our base and drove to visit Budva and Sveti Stefan, via Lovcen national park. We also took a boat trip out onto the bay and to Perast, which we found to be really charming. We can really recommend dining at Galion, just a short walk from Kotor Old Town.
The apartment is spacious and has the basic things to socialise and rest indoors.
The owner was very helpful and promptly replied to our messages and made the necessary arrangements for our stay.
The apartment has a good location meaning you are a short walk from every attraction in the old town including the noisy crowds, night club (or bar?), just behind the flat, and church bells. However, anywhere you stay in the old town you will hear such noises I suppose.
I loved this place so much, I stayed an extra night. Pierrick and his local team did were responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a perfect location, a great size, and super clean. Its also well equipped, having anything someone may need to cook or relax in the apartment.
When I extended my trip, the team was really hospitable and accommodating, making is an effortless experience on my end.
Kotor is a beautiful city, but the experience at this apartment truly made it a memorable and delightful stay. Would keep going back time and again.
Perfect stay! The place is amazing and very cute. Not a single problem. Very easy check-in and check out thanks to the restaurant downstairs. We'd definitely recommend it to our friends!
Great apartment in a perfect location. Air con, good shower, nice decoration, and essential mosquito mesh in the windows. We had no problem with noise from the restaurants down below in the square if the windows were closed (air con was very effective) and the second bedroom is at the back. Easy check in and check out.
We had the most amazing stay at Pierrick's place. It truly is the best location ever, right in the heart of the Old Town, overlooking a beautiful square and with so many amazing restaurants right around the corner!
The apartment itself is so charming and has everything you would need for a very very comfortable stay.
I would come back here in a heartbeat!
The flat had a lovely location in the heart of the old town. It is close to the square and several nice restaurants. The flat was clean and tidy, with everything one needs for having breakfast or lunch in the flat.
We are a family of four, we used to spend our holidays in this appartment we own and we had great time there. Today we don't live in Europe anymore that's why we have decided to rent it for a couple of years.
