The space

2 bedrooms appartment for a family of 4 in a 17th century building located in the heart of downtown Kotor old Town. A great location (the apartment is overlooking one of the most famous square of Kotor), even though you have to be aware that it can be noisy in the evening, especially during summer.

The apartment has one master bedroom with a queen bed, one second bedroom with bunk beds for two, one dining room, one kitchen, one bathroom (shower+toilet).

The apartment has been recently, tastefully and genuinely renovated with many vintage decoration fixtures.

The old city of Kotor is a Unesco World Heritage protected pedestrian and lively area with many cafes, restaurants and shops at walking distance from the apartment.

Located along one of Montenegro's most beautiful bays is Kotor, a city of traders and famous sailors, with many stories to tell.

The old Mediterranean port of Kotor is surrounded by an impressive city wall built by the Republic of Venice and Venetian influence remains predominant in the city's architecture. The Bay of Kotor, one of the most indented parts of the Adriatic Sea, is the southern-most fjord in Europe. Together with the nearly overhanging limestone cliffs of Orjen and Lovćen, Kotor and its surrounding area form an impressive and picturesque Mediterranean landscape.

In recent years, Kotor has seen a steady increase in tourists, attracted by both the natural beauty of the Gulf of Kotor and the old town of Kotor itself.

The Old City of Kotor is a well preserved urbanisation typical of the Middle Ages, built between the 12th and 14th century. Medieval architecture and numerous monuments of cultural heritage have made Kotor an UNESCO listed “World Natural and Historical Heritage Site". Through the entire city the buildings are criss-crossed with narrow streets and squares. At one of them there is the Cathedral of Sveti Tripun , a monument of Roman culture and one of the most recognisable symbols of the city. The Church of Sveti Luka (13th century), Church Sveta Ana (12th century) Church Sveta Marija (13th century), Church Gospe od Zdravlja (15th century), the Prince’s Palace (17th century) and the Napoleon Theatre (19th century) are all treasures that are part of the rich heritage of Kotor. Carnivals and fiestas are organised each year to give additional charm to this most beautiful city of the Montenegrin littoral. You simply can not afford to miss a visit to Kotor.

Kotor is surely the most famous Montenegrin town when we are talking about culture and cultural landmarks. At the end of XIX century, because of its unsurpassable beauty, Kotor got the epithet of the Bride of Adriatic.

Charming 3 room apartment right in old town was perfect for our family of 4. Our teenagers could walk around the city without us and we felt we were in very central location to many sights. Clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay in Pierrick and Sanja's place. We were 4 adults and the bunkbed in one of the rooms worked out great. The place has an AC, it wasn't loud at all as some reviews suggested and it has a small but functional kitchen. The retro decoration is very chic. The apart…

This is a beautiful, clean, centrally located apartment in the old city. Branka, the woman who met us to show us the apartment was a delight; she had us in for coffee, helped us find free parking, and gave us good tips on where to go around Kotor. Would definitely recommend - our…

Pierrick has a wonderful apartment! It's spacious, clean and very well located right in the center of Kotor. The only downside was no wifi but other than that, we had a great time.

We are a family of four, we used to spend our holidays in this appartment we own and we had great time there. Today we don't live in Europe anymore that's why we have decided to rent it for a couple of years.
