Had a great stay here, only 5 walking minutes away from the sea. Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood and comfy bed. Hugh & Deirdre have been great hosts and gave very helpful recommendations.

Deirdre has been an extremely welcoming host. She was friendly and gave us really good tips on where to go for a meal and where to lists to some good Irish music in a pub outside the typical touristic route. Absolutely unforgettable :) The bedroom was spotless and the bed extremely comfortable. It has been a really good experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our all too brief stay with Deidre and Hugh. Our room was spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. The house is very well located for the central town and also to the attractive beach suburb of Strandhill. Hugh and Deidre were excellent hosts and we had many laughs during our breakfast sessions. We can recommend this Airbnb with absolute confidence to other visitors.

Lovely equipped room with private bathroom within the room. Deirdres and Hughs house is located in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. Both very friendly with great recommendations for our further trip. Great breakfast was included as well. Highly recommended, thank you!

My husband and I enjoyed our two nights at Dee and Hugh's place. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfasts with them in the kitchen by the koi pond were so pleasant! Just so folks know, it is not near any shops or restaurants, but Sligo is just a few miles away and there is a bus if you don't have a car. We were on bicycles, and enjoyed the proximity to the sea and to the village of Strandhill (about 4 miles away). We had a lovely dinner there, and picked up snacks as well. We feel like we made new friends with Dee and Hugh. They are really kind, lovely people! Thanks!
