Welcome to this cozy one-bedroom apartment in a quiet, safe neighborhood minutes from the heart of downtown, Belhaven university, and Millsaps. This well-lit space is part of a 1940s duplex with off-street parking and a private yard for outdoor relaxation after a long day-- perfect for business professionals and cultural enthusiasts.

By default we do not allow pets, however we are open to it with conditions so please request first.

The space
This space is comfortably furnished and gets great morning light. Other amenities include off-street parking (one car), keyless entry, high speed wi-fi, 3-Stage water filter for entire home + drinking water filter, large 4k Samsung smart TV with Hulu, HBO, and Peacock.

You’ll have coffee and tea, snacks and breakfast selections, and a memory foam mattress to sleep well. Both the bathroom and kitchen are stocked with essentials for a comfortable stay.

Guest access
Your space is the duplex on the back half of the house. The back yard is at your disposal. Please, do not venture into the wooded area at the side of the house. The area is steeply sloped and full of poison ivy and poison oak as well as briars. The Garage at the back of the house is off limits.

3 stage water filter for entire home and a separate drinking water filter.
