Park apartment is surrounded by two parks and small cozy streets with modern architecture of early XIX century.
It is only 5 minutes to main pedestrian street Laives ave., also 5 minutes to the bus station and 10 minutes to the railway station by foot. The Old Town you could reach in about 20 minutes by foot.
Its very quite area you could park the car outside the apartment, you will have private entrance with little garden.

The space
It is newly renovated central apartment, in the first floor, private entrance, with all amenties you could need : WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, oven,refrigerator, TV and even fireplace.Also the small garden with chairs, table and un umbrella.

It is whole apartment with private entrance and little garden, with table, chairs and umbrella from sun. The garden is closed by the wooden fence and small gates.
