The space
It is our intention to provide quality accomodation at a reasonable price. Our Guests have their own space in a quiet area, a private garden with open views over the surrounding countryside and to observe the local wildlife. Our cottage has been fitted out as a comfortable home from home. Due to little light pollution, on clear nights you can see and identify the stars and the planets from the garden.
Seaton is centrally located for exploring the Jurassic South Devon/Dorset coast, the Seaton wetlands, the tramway and the 2000 year old quarry and caves at Beer. There are plenty of activities for children, a donkey sanctury, jurassic centres and beautiful gardens to visit. The old Roman city of Exeter is 40 minutes drive and is well worth a visit with it's Roman walls, tunnels, the river Exe and a magnificent Cathedral. We could go on and on, but why not come and see for yourself. Oh! I forgot to mention the beaches and... Your hosts, Gerry and Tess.

Lyme Regis is approximately 15 minutes drive to the East and the Regency and timeless town of Sidmouth about 20 minutes to the West, The coastal villages of Beer and Branscome nestled nearby.
The Seaton Wetlands attract many species of sea birds and other wild life. Recommended for birdwatchers and walkers, free, and open to the public every day. Seaton; being on the Jurassic coast, naturally has its own Jurassic centre, informative, well equipped and child friendly.
