Your SeaSuite is waiting for you at the dock at Port Sidney marina. Specifically designed for those who want the experience of life on the water but aren't ready to charter a boat, the SeaSuite is a new adventure. Long term rates available off season.
Deep cleaning practiced during the COVID pandemic.
Amenities are just a short walk up Beacon Ave. Enjoy world class dining at the top of the ramp or pick up some groceries and BBQ a salmon on the aft deck of the SeaSuite.
Free underground parking.

The space
Experience life on the water! The boat is yours to enjoy, but as you might have guessed, it can't leave the dock.
The boat is situated to take advantage of the best views especially from the top deck where you can sip wine and gaze across the Gulf and San Juan islands to Mt. Baker*. Zero gravity chairs make lounging on the top deck with a good book a must do.
The SeaSuite is designed with the environment in mind. Solar panels, LED lighting, and a waterless toilet support our green values.
Quality and comfort flavour the interior. Central heating makes it cozy during the winter months. The 7' headroom and large picture windows bring a feeling of space to the small footprint. The Seasuite is designed around a walk around Queen size bed with Cuddle Down Egyptian cotton sheets and a hypoallergenic duvet and pillows.
The galley (kitchen) has Caesar Stone countertops, is well equipped and has lots of space for your provisions. A small fridge/freezer, sink and two burner propane cook top allow for the comfort of "cooking at home." The BBQ is a few steps outside on the starboard aft deck. The dinette can seat 4 comfortably but does not make into a bed.
There is a small foredeck where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee and the smell of the sea.
The Head (bathroom) has a full sized (3'x3') shower, a vanity, and a waterless toilet. The toilet is a Swedish design that meets our environmental standards. It is similar to a composting toilet and can not be used standing up.
The systems on the boat are all automatic and should not need any involvement on your part. We will guide you on power and water needs associated with many boats, including the SeaSuite. We will walk you through the safety aspects of the boat to ensure you have a safe and relaxing stay.
* October 1st the SeaSuite is moved closer to the ramp for more protection, changing the views to more of marina setting. Returns approx. mid April.

Where you’ll be

Sidney, British Columbia, Canada

Sidney with its mild climate, amazing natural setting, variety of restaurants and unique boutiques is hard to beat. Don't forget to start up conversations with the locals to find out more about our community. We’re a friendly little town.

If you want to get out and enjoy nature you might enjoy the waterfront walk that starts right outside your SeaSuite and continues past the Victoria Distillery, to the end of the pier and beyond. There are loads of hiking and biking trails near by. If you want to explore the coastline, rent kayaks from Port Sidney Marina. Whale watching is especially popular and can also be coordinated right at Port Sidney Marina. If you are looking for an easy and beautiful daytrip hop on the Sidney Island ferry and visit the best sandy beach in all of the Salish Sea.

Want to learn more about the Salish Sea? Visit the educational and informative Shaw Discovery Center. They take you “beneath” the surface to visit the local marine life.

Are you looking for some retail therapy? Sidney is the bookstore capital of Canada but that’s not all we have. You will find boutiques carrying everything you could want. The Thursday night market in the summer attracts locals and visitors alike. With music, fresh veggies, art and more you will soon know why.

Summer brings great bands to the bandstand 1 minute from the top of the dock.

Restaurants- where do we start? The Surly Mermaid is at the top of the ramp and is considered one of the best eateries in Sidney. Ten Acres, Beacon Landing and Fish on Fifth are also great choices. Coffee shops, pub food, dining experiences- we have a little bit of everything.

Golf, tennis, pickle ball? All available near by.

If you are looking to have some downtime and relax, try one of the spas. The Pier Hotel (overlooking the marina) welcomes all to their spa.

Sidney may be small but it has a lot to offer!
