WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP:

All four bedrooms are AIR CONDITIONED with ENSUITE BATHS, each enjoying a character all their own decorated with exquisite fabrics and antiques.

The Poolside Master bedroom is located on the ground floor with a wall of sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace lounge & exercise area and just one more step down into the pool.

The Balcony Master bedroom is just upstairs and has a private balcony and stairway leading down to the pool.

The Treehouse bedroom is upstairs and has a large window alcove that can function if needed as 2 additional single beds. Brimming with lots of natural light, this room surrounds an atrium and features a workstation desk and exquisite views overlooking the garden and pool.

The Poolside Twin King bedroom surrounds an atrium with an antique desk for work and is located on the ground floor steps away from the pool, kitchen, living and dining areas and is great for kids and friends.

Guest access
Guests may access all areas of the villa except for the locked storage closets and utility rooms.

Other things to note
• No pool fence (but this can be arranged for extra charge) — children should be supervised at all times
• A friendly villa cat (Mimi) roams the common areas; we can relocate her upon request
• All guests must present a valid government ID at check in
• A standard liability waiver will be signed by the Guest at check in

Weather in south Bali is generally comfortable for most visitors most of the year with sunny skies, a soothing breeze and temperatures around 28 degrees C. Although rainy season in Bali is long (mid-December through mid-March), it is thankfully free of typhoons. We do however get the occasional torrential downpour.

Our neighborhood, Seminyak, is filled with world class restaurants, fashion boutiques, home decor and jewelry shops that are just a short walk away. Made's Warung, Kilo, Zibiru, Mamasan, and KuDeTa are all in our neighborhood and offer a wide range of the finest dining experiences on Bali. There are 3 grocery stores, health food shops and the village mall within a mile radius and the larger TSM mall with cinemas 10 mins away.

Along Jl Kerobokan and Jl Mertanadi are many shops for furniture, woodcraft, stonecraft, etc. It's a decorator's dream.

Sunset-facing Seminyak beach with its elegant beachfront resorts (Oberoi, The Legian, etc.) and happening beach clubs (KuDeTa, Potatohead, W) is only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away, while Berawa Beach, with its surf crowd and plethora of vegan cafes is only a short drive. Be active and sign up for surf lessons or laze away the day.

Our villa in Seminyak is a great base from which to explore the rest of Bali. It's nice to come home to gourmet food and a jump in the pool after a day of climbing volcanoes and jungle trekking.
