Michaela is a welcoming, friendly and very helpful host. All our communication was quick and clear. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. Michaela’s house is clean and comfortable; the room is a good size and cozy. A private bathroom is definitely a bonus. The listing is as accurate as it can be. I would definitely recommend this place. Michaela, thank you for your hospitality and I did enjoy our little chat.
Michaela was a good host and she took me in even though I sent her a request only 8 or 9 hours before I got there. The only thing is that every blanket on my bed (sheets and pillow case included) was absolutely covered in cat hair.
Hi Jarrid - I'm sorry about the cat hair . The sheets and pillowcase where both freshly laundered that afternoon just before you arrived, but I did catch the cat sleeping on one sheet just before I made the bed. I thought I had shook it off well outside before I made up the bed.
My stay was great. Michaela is a fantastic host, and was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size, my stay was short but sweet, and I would definitely stay there again should I find myself in Sault Ste. Marie.
The listing was as accurate as can be, and I would recommend this to anybody traveling to Sault Ste. Marie. She's a great host and has a very clean, comfortable room. I would definitely be a return customer, very affordable and safe.
I honestly can't think of a better place to stay when visiting Sault Saint Marie. Michaela's house is small and cozy. It's in a great location close to attractions, downtown, shopping, and Queen's Highway 17 North.
Michaela is a very interesting person who has lived an amazing life. She's very knowledgable and provided me with lots of valuable information.
I really liked my room. There was plenty of space and I had a good night's rest. In the morning Michaela made me a pot of tea which I enjoyed drinking on her deck. Michaela's cat Rex is very sweet. He adds so much joy to the house.
If you're looking for a safe place to stay with a wonderful hostess who makes you feel welcome in her home than you'll really enjoy your stay here.
Have Fun in Sault Saint Marie!
Michaela was super friendly and helpful during my visit. And very accommodating to my slipping schedule. The room was clean and cozy. Just a bit of a walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and bars.
