Our Homes come fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable. It is one of the rare properties that come with a secure coded alarm system with parking for multiple cars at the front with CCTV security. Gas central heating, Double Glazed.

It is the location of the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter and Birmingham Mint. Vittoria Street in Hockley is home to Birmingham Institute of Art and Design's Jewellery School, and The Big Peg arts & crafts workshop cluster is nearby.
The estate itself is a quiet area with a variety of shops nearby including a 24/7 Tesco and is close to a park with a children's play area. Just a 3 minute walk from 'The New Soho Tavern' which is a hidden gem in the area, recieving rave reviews and great place to drink and dine. If you want to venture into the City Centre the Soho tram station is next to the Estate and in 3 stops will take you into the heart of the city and runs very frequently.
