A spacious traditional Andalusian style detached villa set in the hills of exclusive El Paraiso Alto enjoying panoramic sea & golf views. Comprises living/dining room, kitchen/utility, cloakroom & four double bedroom suites (367m2 total). Set on a large plot of 2,400m2 with 91m2 of terracing, mature tropical gardens & private swimming pool. The secluded villa faces SW with views of the golf valley & sea beyond. The accommodation is on ground floor level with one bedroom suite on the first floor.

The space
This substantial privately owned family home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac within sought-after El Paraiso Alto. This peaceful residential area offers tranquillity and privacy but is still close to local amenities. Just a 10 minute drive to Puerto Banus and easy access to both Malaga and Gibraltar airports in 50 minutes. There are 15 golf courses within a 15 minute drive.

The tranquil villa was built in 1988 to a high standard. Unlike many older properties in the area that are modernised in a contemporary style, this home retains a retro chic charm. It is set on a gently sloping plot surrounded by a well maintained enclosed garden with large areas of lawn ideal for children to play safely.

The front door opens to reveal a double height entrance hall with vaulted ceiling leading to a beautiful Spanish courtyard with fountain. The hall also leads to the reception rooms and three of the bedrooms. All the rooms have marble floors and air conditioning. Stairs lead from the kitchen to a further bedroom suite on the first floor.

All four double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, three of which have showers over the bath. The first floor bedroom suite has a separate shower and large jacuzzi bath. Three of the bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes (clothes hangers provided). One of the ground floor bedrooms has a private terrace with views of the garden.

There is a large kitchen/utility (10m x 5.5m) and living room/diner (9.5m x 5m). The kitchen, living room and master bedroom all lead on to the covered terrace which wraps around two sides of the house with beautiful views.

The kitchen is the heart of this home, it is open plan with a utility area, dining area and breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron, ironing board and hoover. The kitchen units are painted oak with granite work surfaces.

The generous living/dining room has an open fireplace, patio doors to both the courtyard and terrace and a 50” LED HD smart TV with IPTV package including UK and international stations, box sets, films and sports channels. There is a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs.

The private swimming pool is 10m x 4m with ladder access. The shallow end is 1.2m deep and the deep end is 1.7m. There is a gas BBQ and a traditional stone BBQ for those who prefer cooking over coal. Four sun loungers are provided. There is also a full size table tennis table for guests to enjoy.

Security features include alarm with cameras connected to Prosegur, security bars on all doors and windows, a safe and 24 hour security patrols.

Additional features include free 30Mb fibre optic Wi-Fi, marble floors and hot/cold air conditioning. Electrically operated gates lead to a private driveway and detached garage. Further street parking if required.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property except for a private self-contained basement apartment accessed from the lower garden which is used by the owner.

Other things to note
No parties, no more than 8 guests to sleep in the property, no smoking inside the property, no glass around the pool (plastic cups are provided), no loud music or noise after 10pm or before 7am.

We ask guests to always make sure that all windows and doors are properly closed and locked if nobody is in the villa.

We do not accept liability for any damage to their personal items, or their persons. Children must be supervised at all times both inside and outside the villa (especially around the pool area).

A gardener comes to the house every Friday from 8am-2pm to maintain the pool and garden. Every evening the garden sprinklers will come on for a few minutes.

The villa has a private water supply.

El Paraiso Alto is an urbanisation of maily private villas in the municipality of Benahavís, between Marbella and Estepona on the popular Costa del Sol. Benahavis village is a 5 minute drive away and has the highest concentration of high class restaurants in the region and draws thousands of visitors who come simply to savour the cuisine.

The local town of San Pedro de Alcantara is a 5 minute drive away and is a hive of activity every evening with the locals and tourists. Another 5 minutes along the coast is the cosmopolitan marina of Puerto Banus in Nueva Andalucia.

The nearest supermarket (Mercadona) is just 2.5km from the villa and the nearest beach is 4km away.

For golfers, the nearby El Paraiso and Atalaya golf clubs are among the best and most popular in the area and Bel Air Padel & Tennis club is less than 2km from the villa. Selwo Zoo is just 9km away.
