Good experience. Came and went as needed and was perfect place to spend a quick weekend.
The hospitality was superb! The house was quaint and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and VERY accessible to the most popular attractions in Austin; 6th Street, Capitol and many fabulous and famous restaurants! Thanks for letting stay, we cannot wait to comeback for another visit!
Angel welcomed us for a same day arrival, shared her home-grown free range eggs, and obviously took great care in her clean, tidy, and well appointed place.
We didn't get to meet Angel but her place allowed us to see all there was to see in Austin, and in close proximity. Quiet but close to everything.
Thanks for having us, Angel.
First time staying in Austin using Airbnb and we weren't dissapointed! Angel was very welcoming and helpful! I especially enjoyed the outdoor shower! And her chickens are adorable. We will definitely stay here again any time we are in Austin. Since this was a spur of the moment road trip, we had 2 guests join us last minute and Angel was very accommodating! Book with Angel, you wont be dissapointed!
This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was not disappointed! Angel has a beautiful home in a great part of Austin. Her guidebook was filled with tips and tricks and expertise of the city that was extremely useful. My only wish is that I wasn't so busy that I could have enjoyed the house more.
Angel was my first Airbnb host and I had such an excellent experience. She was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was just as pictured and the house was clean and decorated very nicely. Her home is unique and I felt right at home. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to downtown. If you are coming by public transportation or walking from the downtown, I recommend walking up 11th instead of 12th, its just a nicer street. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to a friend and stay there again myself.
None of the reviews here are overblown, Angel was an incredible host, and I believe she takes joy in the opportunity to have new people in her home, and get to know them. She was generous with her time, supplied delicious breakfast options (cooked some fresh eggs myself), and even had time go out on Saturday night to see a few venues in Austin. A delightful couple days!

About the Host, Angel
I love sharing my home with friends and strangers alike. I've lived in Austin for 13 years and am happy to point you to spots off the beaten path (Cathedral of Junk) to the sparkling jewels in the middle of the city (Barton Springs). I'm a User-Experience Designer for a Clean Tech/Energy Management start-up. I love the challenge and rewards of conserving in all aspects of life. I enjoy bike riding, brewing and drinking craft beer, gardening, petting my chickens, sewing and DIY projects, seeing live music, traveling, and eating great food. I've only been to 13 countries and 25 states. I most recently spent a few months in Hawaii living off grid on a living farm that is doing reforestation on the Big Island.
