Angel is an amazon host. I would recommend her place to anyone wanting to stay in east austin. The decor of her place is awesome and really makes you feel like you are at home.
Angel was a lovely host and the location can't be beat! So close to so many wonderful restaurants and boutiques. Definitely take advantage of the bikes, it's the best way to get around Austin!
Angel was an amazing host! The house was great, Angel was super polite and welcoming, and she was incredibly knowledgable of everything you'd want to know about when visiting Austin.
Angel is wonderful at being a warm and friendly person while being a very professional and hospitable host. I felt welcomed, comfortable, and very well-informed. She opened up her home, kitchen, bike shed, and even chicken coop to me. She was amazingly flexible and communicative as my schedule fluctuated. Even her home's location is a pleasant balance of convenient proximity to downtown and neighborhood peacefulness. I would definitely stay with her again if she'd have me!
Beautiful house, close to great bars and food, and Angel is awesome. Also the chickens are adorable. 3 thumbs up.
The place was exactly as pictured, and it's as good as it looks. Definitely don't hesitate to stay with Angel. Extremely easy to get entry. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was even convenient to a library and food trucks (if that's your thing). Just a short drive to the conference hotels downtown. My only regret is that I didn't take up the opportunity for the free eggs! :)
Angel es muy buena anfitriona. Se preocupa de darte informacion, a parte de tener una guia propia con los mejores luegares.
Bicis disponibles y mucha amabilidad.
La casa está bien situada, a 10 minutos a pie de East 6th donde hay muchos restaurantes y los mejores bares.
Desde luego que recomiendo esta casa.

I love sharing my home with friends and strangers alike. I've lived in Austin for 13 years and am happy to point you to spots off the beaten path (Cathedral of Junk) to the sparkling jewels in the middle of the city (Barton Springs). I'm a User-Experience Designer for a Clean Tech/Energy Management start-up. I love the challenge and rewards of conserving in all aspects of life. I enjoy bike riding, brewing and drinking craft beer, gardening, petting my chickens, sewing and DIY projects, seeing live music, traveling, and eating great food. I've only been to 13 countries and 25 states. I most recently spent a few months in Hawaii living off grid on a living farm that is doing reforestation on the Big Island.
