Recently renovated apartment in the heart of Canberra on the +2 floor with lift access and entrance key tags.

A cozy little balcony, nice and clean bathroom, well equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment is a large studio about 60 square meters surrounded by restaurants, food courts and shops within 5 mins walking distance.
Free on-street parking in front of the apartment at night (likely available). covered parking is 15$ per night (if available and booked).

The space
This place is the most central place you can find in Canberra! It is in front of Shopping Center (less than 30 meters away), within walking distance from city bus stations (4 min walk), Murrays and Grayhound Coaches ( arriving from Sydney and Melbourne, 8 minutes walking distance), ANU (8 minutes walk) and some museums around. The apartment is super clean and all the furniture are purchased in March 2019!

Guest access
They access the kitchen with all the equipment needed, covered parking if guests pay for it, very likely free parking in the night in front of the building, bathroom with washing machine/dryer, lift etc.

The kitchen is equipped with:
- fridge/freezer
- stove
- oven
- microwave
- dishwasher
- plates, mugs, glasses, and utensils
- cooking pots and pans
- basic cooking and cleaning items, including salt and pepper, olive oil and dishwashing powder.
- a basic selection of breakfast foods such as muesli, milk, egg, bread , coffee and tea. Guests will need to stock food items for longer stays. There is no one to serve you the breakfast so guests should do it and clean afterwards. If guests want to have more stuff for breakfast, they can buy them from 5 minutes walking-away shopping-centre with Aldi and Coles.

Other things to note
-Please leave the apartment clean. Basic cleaning and replacing the bedding are included in the cost.
-Usually at 7:00 am there is a truck in the back of the building to pick up the garbage bins and makes some noises. If you are sensitive to noise, make sure you close the balcony door.
- There is a large Queen daily bed plus a double-size sofa bed (both shown in photos).

I have studied my PhD in computer vision at ANU/CSIRO and have my own tech company. Airbnb was my side-hobby but it grew to my side-business over time. I have hosted many guests and learned a lot from hosting different people. I have friends from my Airbnb guests all over the world ( Germany, Colombia, France, Sweden, India, China, Australia and many other countries). Over 95% of my guests feel great staying at my place and I got a lot of cool feedback that improved my Airbnb listings over time. I have also guests who booked my place more than 10 times! To thank my loyal guests, from Jan 2020, I refund guests up to 10% of the new booking if we have a great experience of hosting the guest and if the guest enjoys the place. I have usually co-host to help me with Airbnb. To communicate with me or my co-host, it is best to leave a message on the Airbnb app. More than 90% of the time, I reply within an hour. Surely you can call me if there is an emergency matter. To my new guests, I have different Airbnb listings. Please choose the one that suits you best. For example, one may not have a TV and another may have one. Also, one may be an entire place while another one you share the common area and have only a room. I am available if you need to get some help most of the time. However, if I am busy, my co-host will help you surely. It is also important that you book for the number of people who will use the place day or night. If you are not sure about your booking, please do not hesitate to ask me any question you may have. It is always possible to have a late checkout or early check-in but may add a small fee to your booking.
