What a sweet spot to stay in the North East Kingdom of Vermont. George and his wife Kathy were great hosts. Banana bread, milk, fruit and coffee were all stocked in the fridge, the apt was immaculate, the bed comfy and the view from the East facing windows amazing. We felt very welcomed. We skied at wonderful XC areas a short drive from their home both days. It was a real "Haven" for us. Thanks so much, we hope we can come back next Feb, Terry and Evan
Our stay with George was great. On a cold January weekend the apartment was warm and well shoveled. Getting in and out was easy. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the great north woods in any season.
Our stay was exceptional. We feel that it should be named "Heaven" in the North Kingdom. The accommodations contained everything necessary to make this stay beyond what you would get a hotel chain. From the homemade goodies to that spectacular view, we were more that satisfied. We would definitely stay again.
Living at George's Studio apartment was a great experience. They were very good and warm hosts and provided us with bluberry muffins and jucini bread. Also made sure that our stay was comfortable and nice.
The apartment itself was very clean and well decorated, also they have amazing views just outside the apartment. We clicked lot of pictures just outside the apartment and we could see all the hills and lot of vermont in its amazing colors from there.
Overall a very positive experience and would definitely want to go back there. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to be near nature to go to this place.
Beautiful location and very nice people. They provided a fridge of local blueberries, good coffee, milk, butter and homemade zuchini bread that was wonderful. Truly one of the most beautiful places in the United States, and unless you want to rent a larger summer house it is difficult to find lodging and so I am very grateful to have found this place.
