Amazing ocean view in a brand new villa with private access to the beach. Easy access from the highway, no 4x4 needed to reach the property. Unique hand made furnitures make the villa stand out with a elegantly designed kitchen with top of the line appliances. The upstairs has a living room with a tv and a dedicated work space.There is an outdoor shower and bathroom next to the pool, as well as a bbq grill and a wood burning pizza oven. Plenty of parking space inside the property.

The space
The villa is located only a few minutes from the center of Uvita by car. Restaurants, banks, grocery stores, shops, Marino Ballena National park as well as several beautiful waterfalls are also nearby. The property has its own trail leading to Marino Ballena National Park on the more secluded side of the famous whale's tail beach. You can take a quick easy 5 minute hike to the beach from the villa.
On the first floor there are two hammocks, a BBQ stove with gas, sun bathing beds, an outside table for up to eight people. Each room has a perfect view of the ocean and jungle as well. Not to mention the breathtaking sunsets every day. Each room comes with a private bathroom with shower.
One room has a SMART TV. Upstairs on the terrace we have provided rocking chairs, coffee tables and an extra table for four. There's also a living room with a work space, couch, and tv, filled with bean bags and a small terrace looking over the street.
The swimming pool has night lights. Around the pool you can find an outdoors shower and bathroom. We have provided pool floats as well as boogie boards for you to use while you're here.
You can park up to 5 cars in the parking area. There's also a separate room with washing and drying machine.
If you want we can also provide a private chef who prepares different meals as you wish for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well for extra cost.

Due to the house layout, it isn’t suitable for families with children under 12. Please note that the house is a renovated hotel and none of the rooms connect to each other.

The villa is extremely close to the ocean and to the jungle as well. It is surrounded by the jungle and the ocean with tucans and monkeys visiting you while you drink your coffee on the terrace. You can explore the jungle filled with amazing waterfalls and lot of animals. You can find multiple restaurants nearby serving all kinds of cuisines: Thai, Italian, Mexican, Japanese, American and number of traditional local places.
