Available to let as a Bed and Breakfast / Self Catering Guest Cottage in New Marlborough, 2 km walking distance from Westgate Shopping Complex. The furnished self-contained cottage has 2 bedrooms, a lounge, a fitted kitchen, 1,5 bathrooms, tiled. Built in a very secure homestead with a main 6 bedroomed house which is used as a guest house, the property is walled, paved driveway, well-maintained lawns, electricity as well solar power,
borehole water, , gazebo, wi-fi, Cable TV.

The space
Available as a Bed and Breakfast/Self Catering, Self Contained, fully and tastefully furnished Guest Cottage. The cottage is built separately from the main house which is also used as a guest house and has its own privacy. The entire property is very well maintained, with green, manicured well-maintained lawns and borehole water. The entire property is very secure as it has a high perimeter wall, an alarm and panic button connected to a reputable Security Company. The Cozy guest cottage has two bedrooms, a lounge a fitted kitchen with new appliances and can accommodate up to 4 adults. The guest cottage is most suitable for a family or a group of friends to rent the entire cottage for their exclusive use. Our daily rates are for the entire cottage per night. We are fully licensed with the City of Harare. Approved as Tourism Facility by the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority for our guests' security and peace of mind.

Welcome to our lovely 2 Bedroomed Guest Cottage with a well furnished lounge, recently fitted kitchenette and brand new appliances cutlery . The main house, has 6 double bedrooms and is a guest house that hosts 12 guests at a time , listed and charged separately

The 2 bedroomed guest cottage is available to paid guests . Our daily rates and charges are for entire guest cottage per night for accommodation only.

Meals options:

Option 1:
Meals are available upon request at extra cost from our menu list.

Second option:
We have an experienced qualified cook who can prepare wholesome meals at a nominal cost, if the guests buy their groceries.

Third option:
Guests can do the self catering option. We require a deposit of $50 which is refundable if all conditions are met.

The main house is a fully furnished Guest House with 6 very spacious bedrooms, listed and charged separately on Airbnb.
