  • Jennifer made our stay very easy and pleasant. Her home was perfect for us and the wine and chocolates much appreciated. I would recommend staying here.

  • We loved Jennifers home. Beautiful 3 story location with a great view. She was helpful at a moments notice. Location is great for defeating the austin traffic and in great striking distance to the main attractions.

  • This condo was simply perfect for us during SXSW. It was a short 10 min drive to the convention center. The bedrooms are comfy, the living room and kitchen have plenty of space for several people, and everything was nice and clean. We highly recommend Jen and her place!!

  • Jennifer's home is a really nice space on a quiet road. The beds were comfy / good size and it's a well-equipped kitchen. The only criticism is that the heating doesn't seem to work very well downstairs - which meant either the bottom bedroom was too cold or the top bedroom was too warm. Plus it's a bit further out of central Austin than we'd thought! But Jenn was really helpful and welcoming and overall I would certainly recommend a stay here.

  • Jennifer's place is absolutely wonderful. The three of us had a nice and comfortable stay. The apartment is a very short drive to downtown and you can easily get to north and west Austin as well. I didn't meet Jennifer but she was very responsive and communicative over email/txt. Will definitely check this place again on future trips to Austin.

  • It was a great experience! The location and home are both wonderful. We had an issue with the AC and Jen immediately had someone out to fix it.
It's a nice condo and Jen was very accommodating - I would definitely go back- thanks!!

  • My wife and I rented Jennifer's condo with another couple for four nights. We really enjoyed her place. It was very spacious and looks as nice as it does in the pictures. It is ideally located only a few minutes from downtown and only 10-15 minutes from the Domain. There is a Starbucks and a newer large drug store within walking distance. We arrived very late (at midmight) on the first night and were a little nervous about the keys being available, but they were available as she promised and everything was as expected.

Note that the upstairs bed is a double bed which might be too small for some couples, but was fine for us.

  • We suggest you visit before renting. Three levels - one bedroom on top stays about 10 degrees warmer than the one on first level. Condo is FULL. we requested closets (all locked) and were promised at least two but did not receive. We were there for long term stay and had belongings everywhere! Beds comfortable, Location is very nice.

  • My family stayed in this home while we waited for our things to arrive in Austin from New York. We needed a place that was comfortable for children and Jen's place was great! It had everything we needed, including a dark bedroom for the baby, and was centrally located. Jen was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to questions. We had a great stay and highly recommend her place!

About
I moved to Austin to go to the University of Texas and loved it so much I stayed! I love the outdoor living in Austin. My place is 5-10 minutes from Lake Austin and downtown. The bike path that goes all the way to Town Lake is right outside my door. Great ride down, though bit of a hill coming home. :) When you visit Austin, make sure you plan to be outdoors a lot. You can take a cab downtown from my place and walk almost everywhere from there. If you have time for exercise, run around Town Lake or rent a stand up paddleboard from SupATX. It isn't expensive and it's super fun! Great restaurants, clubs, bars, etc too. Some of my favs in Austin are Mexican - Maudies, Sushi - Uchi, Uchiko, Kenichi, Pizza - Home Slice on South Congress.
