Remodeled in 2006, this spacious 1800 square foot split-level 3-story townhouse is perfectly suited to long or short-term stays.
The master bedroom is on the lower level and has a king-size bed, full bathroom with shower and large tub, flat-panel TV and private patio with greenbelt view.
The second bedroom is on the upper level with full bath, queen bed and flat panel TV.
The kitchen and dining room are also on the upper level and overlook the living room. The kitchen is fully equiped with all appliances and we provide sodas, coffee, tea and bottled water. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa (suitable for an extra guest), flat-panel TV, fireplace and patio with greenbelt view and furniture to enjoy the view.
There is covered parking for one vehicle and additional parking adjacent to the unit.
The two patios are on different levels and overlook Shoal Creek and the jogging/bicycle path that leads directly to Town Lake.
This property is 3.5 miles from downtown and the closest major intersection is 38th & Lamar or about a mile from the Mopac & the 35th Street exit. We are walking distance to Central Market gourmet grocery store, Starbucks, Coffee Bean and many other restaurants and shopping. We are a 15 minute taxi ride to downtown ($10-$15) and there is a also bus stop 2 blocks away.
Check-in and check-out times are flexible. Pets are negotiable and depend on size and breed.

We loved Jennifers home. Beautiful 3 story location with a great view. She was helpful at a moments notice. Location is great for defeating the austin traffic and in great striking distance to the main attractions.
This condo was simply perfect for us during SXSW. It was a short 10 min drive to the convention center. The bedrooms are comfy, the living room and kitchen have plenty of space for several people, and everything was nice and clean. We highly recommend Jen and her place!!
Jennifer's home is a really nice space on a quiet road. The beds were comfy / good size and it's a well-equipped kitchen. The only criticism is that the heating doesn't seem to work very well downstairs - which meant either the bottom bedroom was too cold or the top bedroom was too warm. Plus it's a bit further out of central Austin than we'd thought! But Jenn was really helpful and welcoming and overall I would certainly recommend a stay here.
Jennifer's place is absolutely wonderful. The three of us had a nice and comfortable stay. The apartment is a very short drive to downtown and you can easily get to north and west Austin as well. I didn't meet Jennifer but she was very responsive and communicative over email/txt. Will definitely check this place again on future trips to Austin.
We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's condo. It was very clean and very close to all the excitment (Hyde Park, downtown, SoCo, UT campus).
