We have 2 very comfortable double rooms, one with a supremely comfortable superking bed and the other with a standard size but equally comfortable double. We are happy to accommodate small children (under 5) in the parents room for a small additional cost, either in a travel cot or we can supply a small extra bed. Please enquire for more details.

Breakfast is superb (if we say so ourselves!) with everything from freshly cooked full Cornish to porridge made with Cornish cream, or scrambled free range eggs with smoked salmon - you choose!

Here's the menu;
Muesli (Bircher muesli can be made if ordered the night before)

We could not have asked for a better experience. The home is lovely and was immaculately maintained throughout the visit. The sheets on our bed were amazing, the bed very comfortable, and the view of the town from our bedroom window was dramatic, beautiful, and ever changing with the light. We stayed for 4 nights, and left thinking we should change our 20 day trip throughout England and just stay in Wadebridge with Tamsin. Her advice and directions were spot on. She is very perceptive about what our interests were and she was able to match us with activities and sights to see. On several occasions her suggested additions to our plans ended up being the highlight of the day's outing. And her breakfasts! Wow. Tamsin as wonderful a cook as she is a hostess.

Tamsin and her husband made us feel very welcome. The photos provided were accurate and our room was lovely. I loved the views and big windows over the back garden. We didn't mind sharing a bathroom with one other couple and sharing breakfast with them too. We enjoy meeting people from everywhere. The neighborhood was central to every other place we hoped to see and yet it was quiet each evening. The bed was comfortable, the rooms clean and they had a nice bathtub as well as a shower with plenty of amenities. We had our own TV in the room and enjoyed seeing the Olympics each evening. Otherwise we were invited to enjoy their lovely sitting room downstairs. We had coffee and tea making facilities in the room and Tamsin thoughtfully offered to put our extra milk from the store in their fridge. She made us absolutely heavenly, creamy porridge! I had a full English breakfast with EVERYTHING the first day and it was super. The second day I had her eggs done to order with smoked salmon! Terrific! Tamsin also makes yummy banana bread and nutty granola squares. She was very helpful with directions and even getting us safely in and out of their driveway. We enjoyed talking with our warm and sensitive hosts. This was great value and we would love to stay at their lovely home again.

Tamsin's home was one of the best places we've stayed at on our three month trip of Europe. The bedroom was nicely decorated with a comfy bed and great views. Tamsin was a gracious host and gave us tips on the local area. She also cooked up a great breakfast in the morning.

Thank you for your kind review, it was a pleasure meeting you both. The breakfast omelette went down well with my other guests after they saw yours and ordered one today! I will have to put it on the menu now!

Tamsin and her husband are wonderful hosts. We came to Cornwall to visit Port Isaac as we are huge "Doc Martin" fans, and Tamsin was the ultimate Doc Martin guide, and we enjoyed our time with her very much. She went above and beyond to be sure we got as much out of our short time in Port Isaac and the surrounding area as we could, with great suggestions and exceptional assistance. Her neighborhood and Wadebridge itself are lovely, with her beautifully appointed home high on the hillside overlooking the town and the distant landscape. We had the larger of two rooms, which had an amazing view and the most exquisitely comfortable king-sized bed with excellent linens. Breakfast was delicious, as was the Cornish fudge in our room. The bus stop was only a few steps up the street - which connected us efficiently with the train station - very accessible if travelling without a car. And we loved the kitty !

Thank you so much Dori, I'm very glad we managed to work it all out for you and you were able to see as much as possible in a very short time! It was really nice to get to know you and Elle briefly and we will definitely look you up when we come over your way!

We had an amazing stay at Tamsin's beautiful family home, whilst visiting for a wedding at Trevibban Mill and we actually both said it was potentially the best Airbnb we have stayed in (and there has been a lot). This was the end of our minimoon to Cornwall as well and it was the best end we could have asked for. You were the perfect host, and the breakfast was so good you should open a restaurant. We felt very spoilt that you gave us some of your delicious homemade granola to take home with us as a wedding gift, you went above and beyond as a host and we will be raving about our stay you to all those around us. Thank you again for an amazing stay xxx

My husband Richard and I were both born in Cornwall, in Port Isaac (of Doc Martin fame) and I've lived in Cornwall all my life. I love my home and enjoy living in Cornwall because I like being outdoors whenever possible; I like to walk, run, cycle, play golf or just sit outside and drink a good local beer and take in the beautiful scenery which I never tire of. My other passions are travel, learning foreign languages (I speak fluent French and a little Spanish which I am still studying), reading, cooking and baking. I have 4 children, 2 of whom live in Australia, one in Edinburgh and one has stayed in Cornwall. I love animals, we have a cat called Tiggy who we rescued and who has made herself right at home. We also have Jet, a 2 year old black Labrador who is very laid back and will only bother you if you invite her - she loves a tummy tickle! I also adore horses and love to ride whenever I can. Overall I generally love life and like to live it to the full!
I really enjoy welcoming guests into my home, helping people make the most of their time in Cornwall and sharing travelling experiences - I've had some great tips from all around the world! I also love to cook for people so you will get a great breakfast each morning as well as some home baked goodies too! I know you will thoroughly enjoy your stay with us and I look forward to meeting you!
