Our spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom duplex apartment is located just 35 minutes from Dublin in the picturesque village of Kill in County Kildare! Located on a direct bus route to Dublin city centre and with easy access to the M7 motorway.
A relaxing space with luxurious Kingsize bed within a spacious home is on offer here! The private bathroom with power shower has just recently been newly decorated. A 26" HD television and DVD player is included in the guest room along with 24 hour wireless wifi access.
We offer our guests full use of the kitchen and living areas and private use of the guest bedroom with Kingsize bed as well as private bathroom. A smoking area is provided outdoors if required. Wireless wi-fi is available to our guests.
Interaction with Guests
We are always delighted to welcome guests into our home and provide them with travel advice to ensure they make the most of their stay. We endeavour to be on hand to answer any queries our guests may have while ensuring they have enough personal space to unwind after a busy day's sightseeing. Guests are provided with a set of keys to the property on arrival so that they may come and go as they please. Off-road parking is also provided for guests.
Kill village is a quiet, well-kept village with several amenities including a grocery store, Pharmacy, Beautician, Dry Cleaner, Chinese Take-Away, Chip Shop and two local pubs; one pub offers fantastic gastro-pub food and both pubs offer entertainment at weekends - all of which are within walking distance of our home. The area around the village is highly recommended for countryside walks.
Our property is situated in close proximity to the bustling towns of Naas, Newbridge and Kildare which host a number of visitor attractions including Punchestown and the Curragh racecourses, equestrian centres, the famous Japanese Gardens and Kildare National Stud, a variety of Irish traditional pubs and award winning restaurants. For keen shoppers, the Whitewater Shopping Centre in Newbridge and the Kildare Village Designer Shopping Outlet are just 15 minutes by car!
A Bus Eireann bus service operates on an hourly basis through Kill village (number 126). This service provides transport southbound as far as Newbridge and northbound into Dublin City Centre. A bus journey from Kill Village to Dublin City takes approximately 40 minutes depending on traffic (26km). The village, while retaining its' countryside charm is also situated in close proximity to the M7 motorway; the main motorway linking the east of the Ireland (Dublin, Kildare) to the south (Limerick, Cork, Kerry).
We also offer an airport collection and drop-off service for just EUR20 each way (subject to flight times).

We genuinely like to make our guests as comfortable as possible during their stay and encourage them to ask for assistance and provide us with feedback!
No smoking indoors. There is a smoking area provided outdoors.
We ask guests to respect quiet hours between 11pm and 7am.
Susan and Steve were the perfect hosts, everything was really perfect! We stayed for three nights, the room was very comfortable and lovely and the bed was really cosy. We had everything we needed and felt really well :-) we had a great time at susan and steve's house, thank you very much :-)

I had a great stay at Susan & Steve's place. The bed was comfie, everything was clean and lovely. I was utterly exhausted when I arrived and they knew to let me be and rest which is what I did. Breakie was left out for me as I was off early and all was well.
Loved spending the night at Susan's. Really accommodating and a brilliant hostess! Everything was spotless and bed was really comfy- would love to stay here again sometime
