Located just a 3-minute walk from Hankyu Saiin Station, our house offers direct access to Downtown Kyoto (Shijo Kawaramachi), Arashiyama Area, and Osaka Umeda Station（JR Osaka Station）. Set in a quiet residential neighborhood, you'll enjoy both convenience and local charm. Supermarkets, convenience stores, cafés, restaurants, and pharmacies are all within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring Kyoto and the Kansai region.

The space
Our traditional two-story Japanese house offers a comfortable and authentic stay. On the first floor, you'll find the entrance, a Japanese-style tea room that can also be used as a third bedroom, a spacious living and dining area with a sofa and a 2-meter dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a bathroom, and a toilet.

The second floor features two private Japanese-style bedrooms, accommodating up to 3 and 2 guests respectively, an additional toilet, and a balcony for drying clothes. All bedrooms are fitted with blackout curtains to ensure a restful night's sleep, making the house ideal for both short and extended stays.

The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. The kitchen includes an IH cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and essential cookware for preparing meals. The bathroom features a drying function, allowing you to dry clothes even on rainy days.

We also provide two Dyson hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, towels, bath towels, and a clothes drying rack, so you can travel light and feel at home.

Guest access
The entire house is reserved exclusively for your group. You and your family or friends can enjoy complete privacy without sharing any part of the property with other guests.

· 6 guests: 3 Japanese futons in Bedroom 1 (2F) + 2 Japanese futons in Bedroom 2 (2F) + 1 Japanese futon in the first-floor tea room (Bedroom 3).
