Less than 4 miles from the center of Boston, you'll love this brand new, beautifully renovated 3+ bedroom ground floor condo with 3 full baths! It is convenient to the highway and public transportation for an easy commute into the city -- or take a quick walk to experience all that Somerville has to offer!! We are a mile from Tufts campus and 2.5 miles to Harvard. We offer limited off street parking!

The space
This completely renovated first floor 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is perfect for up to 10 guests.

Main floor:

When you enter, you'll find a spacious living room. The main floor open concept kitchen connects to the living room and dining area with seats at a round table for 6 and 2 additional barstools at the large island. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, cookware, drip coffee maker, microwave, kettle, and state of the art appliances including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range stove/oven. The living room has a large smart flat screen TV mounted above a dreamy gas fireplace, a pull out sofa, matching loveseat, and a cozy reading nook with an oversized chair and ottoman.

On the main floor you'll also find two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is off of the living room with a modern stand up shower, the second is an en suite with a bathtub. Each bedroom has a closet and empty dressers for your use.

Downstairs, you'll find a den/sitting area with additional sleeping space shown in the pictures as the 4th bedroom. This area has a daybed with two twin beds. Connected to this den is an additional bedroom with a full size bed and en suite full bathroom. This full bath has a stand up modern shower and comes equipped with fluffy towels.

Your stay also includes fast WiFi, YouTubeTV (live TV), an in unit washer/dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, 2-3 designated driveway parking spots, and a booklet of Boston suggestions.

We have a smaller two bedroom unit upstairs available for larger groups if you are interested in a different space or you can rent both!

Somerville is a vibrant city in itself and we are less than a mile from Medford, both have their own bars, restaurants, and historic sites that guests love! Of course, then the beautiful city of Boston is minutes away by car or public transportation. Our street is residential and quiet, but near a main street with convenient access to the highway.

Hi I’m Todd! Builder, Actor, Musician, and Dad. I’m an Emerson College graduate in Television Journalism. After my college years I headed to New York City and pursued acting, and Ianded a contract role on the soap opera As the World Turns. I also played roles in several independent films one of which premiered at Sundance film festival alongside James Franco. I had the pleasure of working alongside Massachusetts native Alicia Witt and Scottie David Morse. I love to sing and perform and have toured the country playing music. I’ve lived in California, New York, Martha’s Vineyard, and St. Louis but found my way back to Boston. My greatest joy is by far spending time with my 8 year old son George. We love going on adventures to our remote island property off the coast of Maine. Some of our favorite things to do are boating, hiking, logging, and cooking s’mores on the outdoor fire pit.

I am a third generation builder. I grew up in Winchester, Massachusetts swinging a hammer, digging trenches, and operating heavy equipment machinery. My deep passion for construction has led me to owning a High End Residential Real Estate company. I love hosting and meeting new people. My son George and I look forward to sharing our home and some of our favorite Boston places with you!
