Cozy, Modern 1/1 Available April

Apartment - Entire home/apt · Pearl St, Austin, TX 78705, United States

Rent my cozy 1/1 for any and all of April. Hard wood floor in the bedroom with a door that opens to the screened in patio. In walking distance so many great places! Bars, vintage shops, yoga studios and some cool venues.

The Space

Rent my charming one bedroom in central Austin. It's a 5 minute drive downtown, walking distance to cool restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The walk to the bus that'll get to you downtown is only a couple of minutes, as well. Hardwood floors in bedroom, nice tile through out the rest. Internet, washer/dryer next door. screened in patio with entrance from the bedroom and living room.

I'm a great host and my apartment is really nice and clean and has a nice energy to it. This is definitely a great pad to crash at, during your stay in Austin!

Sidenote: The washer and dryer is next to my apartment and I've got a key for it. The key is available upon request.. The washer/dryer takes four quarters a piece.

The Neighborhood

There are so many great things in walking distance. Great bars, cool thrift stores,(email hidden)-op that I walk to daily to get breakfast tacos. Yet, my street is tucked away, so I don't hear any of the city noise. There's a beautiful park two minutes away, as well.

Getting around

It is super easy to get around Austin. I'm a 10 minute bike ride away from downtown. To catch a bus, you'll only have to walk two to three minutes to catch several that go downtown, etc.

  • Danielle was a wonderful host for my SXSW experience. Very chilled out, and accommodating. The flat was perfect for me to escape the craziness of SXSW and have a quiet place to work and rest up. Danielle even allowed me to borrow her bike for the experience, very above and beyond. Apartment was homely, welcoming, and communication was easy and prompt. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for everything Danielle!

  • The house was a great stay... and great price. Located in the University Campus Neighbourhood, it was only about 10mins on a bus to downtown and very convenient. Places to eat and drink and supermarkets within walking distance. The A/C was a huge plus in the Austin heat. Danielle was easily contactable despite being overseas with limited internet access. She was very helpful and prompt with her replies.

  • Danielle has a very nice space in Austin. Her communication was excellent. She responded quickly and was as accommodating as a host can be, even during a busy time like SXSW. All in all rest assured that your stay will be great!

  • Stayed at Danielle's place for 5 nights over SXSW, and loved it.

Her place is super-clean, comfortable, and safe. Awesome location close to bus line (20m bus to downtown!) and Spider House. Can't beat the enclosed patio.

Danielle was a great host: kept the communication lines open, and made sure everything was working out.

Had a great time—stay was easy as pie. Thanks Danielle!

  • Danielle's place was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable, and well kept, with friendly neighbors, and a great environment. She was a fantastic host, and very helpful with information, and whatever we could have needed. We could not have found a better place to stay while in Austin.

  • Danielle's place is clean and situated further back from the street., making it a peaceful, quiet retreat during my stay at SXSW. The screened-in porch was great to sit and have coffee in the morning.
