My Pet Friendly Studio with a queen sized bed is located in a small (15 units) property at the quiet north end of the Prom. There is a Sofa Sleeper for the little ones (or an adult).
Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip

Your Key Lockbox code will be provided on check-in day,
when your Unit is ready for your arrival.
The space
Check-in: 4:00 PM to 12 am, after midnight please notified us.
Check-out: Please return your keys no later than 11:00 AM. There’s a drop box sign that reads “key drop” in the front door Office. After 11:30am, additional charges will apply.

Quiet time on the Property is 10:00pm, regardless of the season or time of year- and is strictly enforced. Any Guest who continues to violate this policy after the 2nd warning will be escorted out of the Unit and off the Property by the Seaside Police Dept.

All rates are double occupancy- additional persons (including children over 2 yrs. of age) if allowed will be charged at the rate of $8.00 per person per night. Failure to disclose the true number of occupants will result in expulsion from the Property without a refund.

At least one of the responsible overnight Guests must be 21 years old or older with valid identification.

Absolutely No Smoking/Vaping of any substance is allowed inside any Condo or within 10' of any door or windows; designated outdoor smoking areas (both covered and open) are available close by onsite. Smoking/Vaping of any substance or any Illegal drug use in a unit will result in a $250 cleaning fee being charged to the credit/debit card on file with Airbnb.

Please wash, dry, and put away all kitchenware used. Any dirty dishware, glassware, cookware left at checkout will result in a minimum $50.00 cleaning fee charged to the Guest. Adherence to this policy allows us to not charge every Guest a cleaning fee (or security deposit for that matter).

Any Guest (including their pets) who negligently or intentionally cause damages to the Property or any furnishings and/or decor within Property or individual Condos, shall be
liable and charged for damages, including all the affected Owner’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease their units while the damage is being repaired.

Onsite Co-host reserves the right to refuse service to any person or persons whom the Owner believes may cause (or has caused) any nuisance on the property, or presents any potential or real threat to the personal wellbeing or property of any Guest or Co-host

Candles are not allowed in the Condo due to the potential fire threat they pose.

Overnight Guest parking is complimentary on site, 1 vehicle per Condo rented is allowed. There is generally adjacent free street parking, and arrangements can be made for larger vehicles if known ahead of the arrival time.

The Co-host nor any Owner are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Should any Guest lose personal belongings while staying at Property, if recovered, the items will be kept in a secure location for 30 days. We will ship any requested found item back to the Guest, at their expense. Any items not claimed after 30 days may be donated to charity or disposed of.
