A quirky little cottage in a bohemian style.
Set in its own woodland, it is quiet, private and a romantic setting for a couple.
Decorated with love it is beautifully presented featuring handmade crafts and paintings. Well equipped with all you need. It is situated on a hill and has gorgeous views along the Nantes-Brest canal.
The outside area has two terraces and a Boule court. The pretty town of Port-Launay is at the bottom of the hill with Chateaulin just 2 kms away.

The space
La Maison des Artisans is ideally positioned with the most incredible view of the Nantes-Brest canal and Port Launay. It is on the edge of its own woodland which means it isn't overlooked by any other property and yet it is just a walk away from facilities such as a patisserie, a bar and a community.

Chateaulin is a short distance away with a weekly market, supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants.

The cottage has a romantic private setting. You can relax inside or out and enjoy the lush greenery surrounding it.
Quirky and characterful, it is filled with lovely handmade things and artwork giving it a homely feel.

It may not be big but it is packed full of charm.

The little house is perfectly located for discovering and exploring Finistere. It is to the south of the Parc Naturel Regional d'Armorique which has many footpaths and trailways to explore if you are keen on walking or cycling. A wide variety of beaches are within easy reach. Wide sandy beaches, rocky coastlines and quaint fishing villages are all part of the Brittany coastline. The magnificent GR34 coastal path of the Bay of Douarnenez is a must for exploring. The Celtic heritage and wonderful arts and crafts make this a vibrant place. Quimper is the cultural centre of Finistere and is an easy drive away.

I lived in Dorset for 10 years having made a rather spontaneous move from London. Glad I did because I met my lovely fella Ade. Together we took on the project of renovating this little house. I believe we make a good team. He is good at all things practical and I love making things and crafting. My mum has been an influence, she is a talented artist. We have put our heart and soul into this little house and absolutely love it. We have just moved to Brittany ourselves as we love it so much. We are about an hour and a half away from the little house and contactable by messaging.
